I really like this light because it is so bright, the cord is nice and long and it comes with extra parts to mount the light separate from the solar panel. The only negative I have on it is that the metal clamp attached to the solar panel that is used to hold the light, does not actually fit the light. The light is a long cylindrical type of light but it doesn’t fit snuggly if you try to mount the light physically onto the solar panel using the attached clips. However, despite this, it is a great light and you can always screw the mounting hardware in where you want the light to go and then use the extra cord it comes with to reach your solar panel.
The light is bright enough that I am able to work outside at night under this light and it practically feels like daylight.

Great solar light! It’s very bright, provides a very good amount of light. There is an option to attach the light stick to the solar panel but we used the extension cable instead. Love it! Easy install and good quality. Remote works well too!

This Solar powered light is nice and bright. Remote control worked well. Batteries came with the remote. The light came with an extension cord so you can mount the light bar away from the solar panel. This was nice as the solar panel is rather big on it’s own. This allows you to put the small strip light near a doorway without it be overbearingly obvious.
Trying to attach the mounting brake to the solar panel was extremely painful. So far I have had to turn the light off when it get’s dark. It came on automatically even though I turn the main power button off every night. I am sure there must be a setting that can adjust this. Just have not figured it out yet.

I connected the light directly to the solar panel without using the extension and got a blast of nice, bright light in my eyes, something I didn’t expect, so if you get this, be sure to turn the tube so that the LED’s are away from you when you connect it. Outdoors, it’s a fairly bright light, with a 60 watt output equivalent and up to 800 lumens of 6000-6500K. I didn’t try anything with the remote other than using it to turn on and turn off the unit. The off button works with a short hold and the on button with a long hold, even though they are separate.

Talk about a well packed kit, this Solar Light Outdoor kit contained everything I needed for a solar light on my basement door. The kit had an extension cord if you wanted to mount the panel in a different place than the light bar itself.
This kit also contained mounting hardware for concrete or brick walls. The quality of the paint/powder coating was better than expected and should provide years of protection from the weather. The remote control was a very nice touch that allows for mounting the panel in a location that is higher than I can reach without a ladder.
Overall, this Solar Light Outdoor kit is very complete and of higher quality than I expected from past experience.
