   I received this item for free via the vine program.
   I received two lights along with have screws and little stakes that can be attached to the bottom of the light device and put into the ground. (Picture attached of what is meant by stakes).

   When I received the lights (2) I first thought they were defective but they are not. To turn on the lights the button needs to be pressed for about three seconds, then each press of the button cycles through with the colors.
   I’ve left one light outside the last few weeks it has gotten plenty of sunshine and has done great with lighting up the area around it.

   It has went through two mild spring snow storms, and is holding up fairly well with the temp drop down to 20F .
   They’ve even endured a little bit of a puppy romping around on them (had to move them as pup was trying to take off with them 🙂 ).

   The other I have had inside on a windowsill and it’s been doing great as well.
   I thinking of putting these lights with a water feature this summer- more to come if/when that’s done.
   I love that they are solar powered, have the option of color changes, and seem pretty durable.

   These are nice quality lights – much better than the all plastic hockey puck type lights. These lights have quite a few lighting options controlled by the pushbutton switch. Leave the lights out in the sun for a day once you receive them (don’t forget to take the plastic film off the solar panel!). You need to repress the button for a second or two to turn it on. Then you can toggle through the light options once click at a time.

   My other similar lights have only a few lighting alternatives with a switch on the bottom. The pushbutton on these is on the top. I can understand having the button on top if these are screwed down. But I rather prefer the switch on the bottom to ensure better protection from the elements/rain etc..

   The lights are a little price ay $10@ but you may get a better deal if they are available in a larger lot than just 2.

   They are small and fit into smaller spaces so I can light up areas I wouldn’t normally be able to. They do put off a lot of light for a very long time.  Where I need them to be, it would not be considered “full sun” maybe low/medium but they are still going strong by dawn. I love being able to change the colors and give my house a special changing look when I want to be different. The 2 pack is perfect to light up the sides of a walkway or mark the end. I would say they are a bit overpriced for the value. $10 each ($20 April 2025) I would think $5-7.

   I have ordered similar solar pathway lights previously and I actually thought I was ordering an 8 pack but my eyes must be deceiving me because I only received a two pack which doesn’t cover a big area, maybe the entry to a door. Regardless, these solar lights serve a purpose, they provide light to an area that has very little light and they don’t require electricity, all they require is sunlight. The aluminum housing is very sturdy and weather resistant and these particular lights have 9 different colors and 3 modes – like fading, flashing or a jump type light. If these solar lights are exposed to enough sunlight they can provide 8-48 hrs of light depending on the mode. The colors are changed by pressing a button on the side of the housing cover but if I had one recommendation it would be to include a remote control so you could change the color or mode remotely, other than they they are nice quality and easy to install by using the hardware included or the ground stake also included. Overall, these solar pathway lights are nice quality and functioned right out of the box although they will require adequate sunlight to recharge. Most areas require more than two pathway lights but a two pack can light up an entryway or mark driveway entry. Another great thing about these lights is they are easy to install and no electricity is needed.

   These lights look so great lining the walkway to my front door! I’ve received multiple compliments from neighbors!
   You have so many options for colors and whether they flash or not, it’s great!! I personally only use the white light feature, but maybe during the holidays I’ll change my mind.
   They are super easy to set up, take them out of the box, select which color you want the lights to display, connect the stakes to the light and place in the ground! These are good quality lights, they charge during the day and last quite a long time!

   We are moving to a relatively remote area, where there are no street lights, and our driveway is over 300 feet long. Obviously only 2 of these won’t do the trick, but they are a great addition to those we already have.

   They seem sturdy, not sure if I would feel comfortable driving over them, but if it happens, I will update my review accordingly!
