I was at 31 days trying to move these around and get them to work longer than a few hours. The less expensive ones I bought stay on all night long. I was one day over getting them replaced. I can’t find any place to ask the seller to please take these back and send me a new pair. I think it is these may have been damaged in shipment OR just need a replacement, these are just a fluke and not working correctly. How can I try and get a replacement pair and send these back?

These lights are very bright, easy to set up and seem durable. They, however, do not stay lit for the time advertised. I get home 4 hours after sunset and they are already too dim to see. I currently have 12 hours of daylight to charge where i live. I have them on the highest bright setting. I have ordered a second set and will charge the new ones for 2 days before illuminating to see if that changes anything. I did buy these on sale so they were a good deal but for anyone buying at full price, so far, i would say theyโre not worth it if they only illuminate less than 4 hours. Will update with second set trial.
