I love that these lights have a large solar panel and big battery. The large display makes it easy to see the battery level and mode. The lights are not as bright as Edison lights you plug in however they give off a nice soft glow. I wish the white of the bulb matched the white of the string lights connecting them however when they are hanging it didn’t bother me. I also wish the lights had clips to attach them to a wire, i ended up cutting the side of each so I could put them through a wire. The lights and rope feel durable and are holding up in the weather. There are a lot of different modes for the lights but I find them distracting and use the always on mode. Overall I thought the light set was better than other solar sets i’ve used in the past.

I like these lights. I guess they haven’t really stood up to the full test of time, but I left them out on the picnic table through several weeks (and several rain storms and drizzly days) and they didn’t flinch.
At first I thought they were defective because they’d just blink funny and then turn back off. Well, that’s the auto-sensor doing it’s thing. That’s probably nice 90% of the time but I do wish kinda wish there were an option to just force them on.
It comes with one of those disposable-looking remotes you’ll feel like you have to keep track of, and options for all sorts of crazy blinking patterns. Not exactly what I’m usually going for while trying to relax outdoors. But you can just use the couple buttons on the main unit itself to put it into steady mode and just leave it steady lighting.

LOVE!!!’ So bright and worth the value!!! They’ve lasted through a few random wind storms and rain in my gazebo and still have held up. I usually like to wait on reviews because sometimes these lights work great in the beginning and then taper off but these have held up. They look just the photos and easy to install. The brightness will probably vary on where you actually have them hung up and how much sun your yard and home gets so I personally find that hard to compare and could be a false comparison, we all live in different places! But I think here are totally worth the price. Buy now!

Great bang for your buck.
A few years ago I bought a different set for twice as much that are half as nice. This light set checked all my boxes and more.
I always look for solar lights, we have squirrels that like to chew. The panel itself there is really no set up. You just screw the panel onto the string of lights. There is a ground stake for the solar panel to put it in the ground, if desired. Push the “on” button. And, remove the film from the solar panel. The only thing left is hanging the lights.
This set the actual string and lights illuminate. There are modes that change the lighting from constant light to blinking for a total of 13 different modes. You can set the desired mode both on the solar panel or use the remote.
The lights are great for lighting a path or for ambiance. You will not be able to read.
I love these lights and would absolutely recommend!

I love these lights. They have the look of the old Edison light bulbs, and the longer cord they hang from increases the authenticity level. Add to that they are strung together on rope lighting, not just the usual black cording. I’ve never seen the two styles of lighting combined, but I like the look of it. I have plenty of sunshine in Arizona so the solar panel provides energy to keep the lights on from dusk until the wee hours of the morning. The included remote control offers lots of lighting combinations and keeps the 8-year old granddaughter entertained as well. Good purchase.
