First off, these lights work well and last almost all night if they have some kind of direct sunlight. i have had them for more than a month and through some serious storms and they are still going strong. Two things are required to be done to make them as such. The first thing to note is they are NOT weather proof out of the box. You will need to seal them. I recommend the Rust-Oleum 327862 American Accents Ultra Cover 2X Matte. 1. Spray a couple of passes on the top over the solar panel. 2. Spray twice around the bottom where the clear plastic meets the white plastic. 3. Let dry for about 12 hours. Next, when ready to mount them to the fence, the included screws strip very easily and are small enough to pull the light through them. get bigger head screws with a bit more tang. Since doing these two things, I have not had the same issues some here have had. I will include night pictures once I get a chance.

I bought this set of lights twice hoping for a better outcome the 2nd time. They just don’t last. Either the light quits working or the rechargeable batteries quit charging only after a couple months. They look great the first couple of weeks. I wish I knew how to fix them myself instead of throwing away.

This is my second package of 8 lights from this seller. Sightly better design on these with the on/off switch now on the outside for easier access. Although there is only one LED, it is very bright and the reflective interior works well to “throw” the light. The battery is only a 600 mAh and it is a NiCd. About the smallest you can buy, but maybe that is all the small solar cell can charge in a day. It is easy to replace (remove 4 small screws).
I replaced it in one light (with a 3000 mAh battery) when I had to open it to fix a loose battery connector. We’ll see if there is any longer lighting period with the increased battery capacity. I like the looks, ease of installation, and construction for the price.

My husband and I were looking into these lights and my Mother in Law was kind enough to gift them to us.
We loved them for the first 2-3months when they were actually lit. After then, one or two would just not turn on at all. Few were dim. ALL are OFF now. We’ve replaced all the batteries. Few came back on for about 2 days. All are out again. Cannot find info on this iGlow company online anywhere. We haven’t even had them a year. I am very saddened to have spent all this money for a product to work for only 2-3 months. Cannot find who to contact about this product.
Photo shows 12 of the 16 post caps. As you can see, there’s 1 dim one left….smh.
Am I the only one?

I’ve been buying these lights every year. They discolor and stop working every year. I like the way the look but I’m stupid for keep buying them. Expect an ugly look yearly. ☹️☹️☹️maybe buy a color but white. I can’t. Still have to replace as they stop working. Even changing the battery. Probably last year I will purchase them.

Used these on our white polyvinyl fence. As other reviewers noted, the “white” plastic doesn’t match the “white” polyvinyl fence. Our neighbors commented that they were disappointed about it, but I was aware of that from the other reviews so I didn’t mind. Looks sensational at night. Will not last all night most nights, but we didn’t want it to anyway. It depends on how much sun there was the day before. It is not watertight. We air it out every once in a while, and it goes back to its normal brightness.

Very pleased with these lights. Easy to install with drill and screwdriver bit…..only problem I had was directions told to “turn to on” and I could not find any button. Finally went to UTube and you have to pop the clear cover off and then there is indeed an “on” switch. (there is a tiny little plastic nipple that holds the clear cover on. Push in the side slightly and the clear cap pops off the nipple.) The lights work great and look great in the dark!
