This light assembled quickly and easily right out of the box. There are three power settings, and it is very easy to click the button to cycle through the different light levels. I put it outside to charge in the early morning and by that night it was shining brightly.
However, I ordered this light because you are able to adjust the direction of the panel and the light. I wanted a spotlight to put at the base of a cluster of birch trees to shine upward on the birch trees, and this product, from a functionality perspective, does that with the adjustable beam. However, even on the brightest setting it only lights up the bottom 6 feet of the tree. I think I will need to purchase a wired spotlight to get the lumens needed to light the entire tree.

We have a large property with tons of potential for extra lighting. I really liked this came in white. A set of them would have been even better. I’ve got it shining on my arbor where I have recently planted some jasmine plants and I want to illuminate them which is why two would have been better since I have a jasmine on each side of the arbor. It doesn’t give off a ton of light but about what most of the solar lights I have had ordered in the past. This one is white which I like more than the black. If you live somewhere where the sun doesn’t shine that much, it won’t work as effectively but where I live it’s almost always sunny.
The solar panel is larger than a lot of the solar lights I’ve ordered and that is a good thing meaning the light will probably last longer as it is able to get more power from the larger solar screen.

Very nice outdoor solar light. This is not a “spot light” it has a wider angle to the way the light shines so the light reaches more of a wider area. Although I just received it, I haven’t been able to determine how long a charge will last if you don’t have a lot of sun as we do here in Northern Michigan in the winters. It did charge up quickly even on a slightly sunny day though. Nice looking and a few options for installing: putting in the ground, a planter or attaching to a post or side of a building. There are 4 light intensities, High, Med and Lower plus one called “breathing light”. I had to look that up as I’d never heard of that before. The best way to describe it is it’s like a candle glowing where the light gradully flickers as a candle would. This option would look nice if you were purchased several to place around your patio or pool. I do think it is a bit overpriced for just one light though.

Works great and even charges on a cloudy day. I installed this in between rain showers because I was anxious to get it installed. I wasn’t expecting much after a couple of cloudy days but when I looked at it, it was fully illuminated. I put it under a small tree to spotlight the tree and it does a great job. The light is a bright white light and not a soft warm light. The ground stake is long so it goes in deep and isn’t wobbly and the solar panel can be adjusted to any angle.

Nice! I like how this has 2 adjustment tabs on it, both are easy to use. One to adjust the solar panel and the other to adjust the light casing,(to move it up or down) This gives a lot of freedom to position the beam of light anywhere. More durable than I was expecting. The plastic construction is solid. There are 3 beam light strengths, low, medium and high. The high choice is quite bright and lit up the whole side of my house, so these aren’t flimsy by any means. Am really happy with this and will probably get more for other areas of my yard.

We really like this outdoor solar light. It came with options to install in the ground or attach to a post. We chose the ground version in order to light up one of our landscaping statues. After one afternoon of charging, it lit up our decoration the entire night, 8:00pm-7:00am. It comes with 4 lighting options (we chose the brightest). Time will tell as to how long it will work but the $19.99 price seems like a pretty good deal.
