I like how nice this lamp looks. It is well made my only concern is the handle it is on the thin side that’s fine we will just pick it up from the sides or bottom. It is a nice size to add lighting to our porch.

This Solar Lantern arrived in very good shape and following the instructions to fully charge it first, it was worked beautifully. The Lantern itself is lighter than it might appear; that’s neither good nor bad, just an observation. We hung it on our balcony where it would be able to receive a good amount of sunlight and illuminate our space in the dark. We’ve taken it down on a couple of occasions when there was excessive wind for fear that the wind might damage it. So far it’s worked very well…except that I didn’t realize the light would be ‘striped’ due to the ribs of the Lantern casing. That wasn’t really clear from the product pictures, but it’s very noticeable and thus it doesn’t provide quite the general illumination I was hoping for. The product does seem to be very well made, looks great, and has otherwise performed very well. I think the Lantern would work very well in a more decorative, rather than functional capacity, providing a nice accent or illuminating some particularly dark area.
