I installed these in my car port. These lights hang up high and I cannot reach them from the ground. I let them charge for the first day without turning them on. The second night I used a latter to turn them on and set them to Mode 2. (Mode 2 is set to off all the time but come on with motion at full brightness).
The first night I set everything up they worked great. They don’t stay on very long but I am ok with that. The next night I walked in and they won’t turn on with motion. I can use the remote to turn them on and off but the defeats the purpose of having motion lights doesn’t it.
I would look at other options.

I installed this in a small barn to illuminate it in the evening while I feed. The lights are really decent in Mode 3 which allows you to just turn it off and on. The motion detection modes make the lights REALLY bright for up to 45 minutes. We recently had a lot of snow and ice and the lights are still working even though the solar panel is covered in snow. It has a very small battery and I’m not sure it’s replaceable or how long it will really last but so far they are great!

Installation was veey easy, installed on a carport.
But after a few weeks of operation, one of the lamps goes into a flickering state. I have to manually turn it off (during the night) and turn it on the next day. But it does it about once a week now, so it is becoming annoying.
Light output is ok, bright enough on an open space (about 35 square meters). Motion sensor works good.
Too bad one of the lamps has a failure, because they are nice lamps.

This is the second set of these lights I have purchased, the first set I bought a few years ago for my garden shed and they are still working great. As soon as I open the door they come on and light the shed just like wired lights would. Very happy with this product.
