   These are much smaller than I expected (don’t go off the listing pictures as its pretty deceiving). Two of them fit in a tiny box, which I thought only included one before opening it. I let these charge outside for a couple of days, and I’m happy to say that they are small but mighty. I got them for our garden area, since I want a little more light over there, especially since it’s in a corner adjacent to a street. Now don’t expect booming lighting but it is very good and I can see a whole lot more now than pitch dark. I love that these are solar so I don’t need to worry about batteries. These are great and I may order a couple more for the other side in our yard. Only reason I give a 4 over 5 is that the pictures on the listing should more accurately reflect what you are purchasing.

   Okay, so I’ll admit that I totally thought these solar fence lights were going to be bigger based on the pictures. Imagine my surprise when I opened the npcpsolar.com box, grabbed the product packaging, and was hit with the realization that these are, in fact, compact. Underwhelmed? Yeah, for a moment. But once I got them installed, they proved me completely wrong. Soft, inviting glow. Not blinding, just enough to add warmth and ambiance. Decent for distant (subjective) lighting – Lights up dark spaces without feeling harsh. Stylish, subtle design – Despite being small, these actually make the fence look amazing. The Fence Glow-Up At first, I was worried they wouldn’t make much of a difference, but now? My backyard fence looks like a scene out of a Pinterest-worthy outdoor setup. The downward-lit effect makes it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio or just need to see where you’re walking, these lights do the trick. Installation? Ridiculously easy. Zip ties, screws (my choice), or double-sided tape, just pick your method and call it a day. Final Thoughts Would I have liked them to be a little bigger? Sure. But am I impressed with how well they perform despite their compact size? Absolutely. If you want sleek, stylish, effortless outdoor lighting, grab these ASAP. Just pay attention to the size specs before ordering just so you don’t have the same “Wait…that’s it?” moment I did.

   We have several outdoor solar-powered lights. We live on a few acres of land with only one outdoor power outlet, and we really don’t want to wire a bunch of lights to the house. Living out in the middle of nowhere with very little outdoor lighting, it can be very nerve-wracking to hear my dog barking at something in the dark.

   These little lights would not be great for someone with a large plot of land. They are bright, but they don’t cover enough space for what I, personally, need them for.

   However, for small yards, RVs, camping, and lighting up walkways/steps, these little lights will likely be sufficient. They have a soft, warm shade and a white/bluish ‘cool’ shade. I find the cool shade to be better for my needs. I am still not sure if they will stay lit up all night (will try to remember to update once I know). So far, I really like them despite them not quite being adequate for my outdoor lighting needs. See the photos for dimensions.

   The solar lights came in a pack of four. They are small but are sturdy. The light has 3 modes to choose from. I feel to get the full effects of the fence light you would need the lights separated in close proximity to each other. The solar lights are pretty bright. They come with instructions and the lights didn’t take long to recharge after the first initial charge.

   This set comes with all screws needed for installation. There are double sided tapes as well to stick them to any surface.

   The operation is easy. The button in the middle of two led lights is the only function button. First press turns the device on, the light is warm white, the second press to the button changes the color of the lights to white, the third press makes the lights more white, fourth press turns the device off.

   The whole device is a closed plastic case and look waterproof, sturdy, last long enough. They are small items but they function well indeed.

   The use manual asks to keep the items charged for two days before usi g them. I did so and they turn on when it gets dark, keep lit all night and turn off in the morning.

   Very convenient garden lights. The light is soft and enough. Highly recommended.
