These did not last more than 6 months. The solar pad seems to have died. I cleaned it with soap and water. No change. Battery tested and is fine. All bulbs don’t light up so doesn’t seem they are the issue. Otherwise I think only one or two would go out. Staggered rather than universal failure is more typical for bulbs.
The product is now outside of the return window so I guess I paid good money for a deficient product. I do not recommend these.
