   Great solar lights. Stayed bright all night long. Easy to put in. The colors are so great. The design on the ground at night time is mesmerizing. I love looking out in the yard and seeing all the cool fun designs. These are really great solar lights. You won’t go wrong with getting the solar light. Excellent quality made very well.

   these funky lil solar-powered party sticks be throwin out colors like a disco ball in your garden, and that IP65 rating means they aint scared of no weather drama. the warm white option be real nice for them fancy dinner parties, while them RGB modes turn your walkway into a whole light show experience when you feelin extra. battery life could be better on them cloudy days, but for the price point these bad boys be bringin some serious curb appeal to your outdoor space.

   Wife likes to decorate front lawn and what better way than using led lighting to do so. What is great about our lawn is that it is a small area so she is able to use minimal items to accomplish her designs. This light set up is great as it is solar power, so no need to worry about any batter life problems. Manufacturing on these lights are descent, not the best but not the worst either. The function of these lights are excellent. She likes the fact that these are colorful and not boring with just one style of color. With so many of these types to choose from, this is not a bad choice. I do recommend as it worked well for me.

   This review is for the HOODINK 4 pack of color changing solar powered pathway lights. This is a set of 4 lights with stakes to be inserted into the ground. There IS an on-off switch that you access by unscrewing the clear plastic dome on the opposite of the solar panel (but this is missing from the instructions). It’s a three-stage switch, so if you push it all the way to the left, the RGB lights come on, center the light is off, and to the right the white light comes on. Assembling the stake is pretty easy with the picture in the instructions. The lights cycle through red/yellow/green/blue every 30 seconds or so. The stakes are plastic and crack VERY easily–I tried gently stepping on the ledge at the very bottom of the stake and it immediately snapped off, so I’m waiting for the glue to dry in the meantime. Probably a good idea to stick these into slightly soft earth if you want them securely in the ground.

   The good? A switch to select white light or color-changing light (or turn off). The shape of the clear plastic creates a nice pattern on the ground. The bad? (1) NOT very bright at all. There is only ONE LED light for color-changing light and ONE for white light. I suppose this leads to a long-lasting charge but you can hardly see the light from 30 -40 feet away and I would suspect the average homeowner wants them to be visible a bit from the street (as well as provide some walkway illumination). Do not be misled–the photos in the item description are illustrations, NOT photos. They are NOT as bright as depicted. (2) They feel cheap. Very light. In fact, one broke while I was putting it in the ground. (see photo) (3) Of the four (4) I received, one didn’t work out of the box. (4) You need to pull apart the top and bottom to access the on/off switch. This isn’t inherently bad but a screw-on top would have been nicer. I cannot recommend this product.

   These are nice. They give my yard some character charm. I love that you can pick between white lights and colored. And the fact that they are solar powered makes these super easy to use. Haven’t had problems as of yet, but just put them outside recently.
