I was impressed with the AOSANT Solar Street Lights Outdoor Waterproof Solar Flood Light right out of the box. Good sized, heavy & durable, and sleek design. It is really bright at night and easily surpasses any of my other solar lights. It has a remote control so it’s easy to turn on & off, adjust the brightness or change to a different mode (4 modes plus auto mode) by just pushing the corresponding button. Can adjust the 2, 4 or 6 hour settings the same way. Although I have been using the light for over a week I have not actually installed it yet although it looks very easy to do. I want this this bright light to be the main light at my doorway and I am waiting til I have help to install it a little higher than I can reach.

*I got this to place over my garage door. It works perfect as I can place it anywhere on the wall i like (this wall gets lots of sunlight). The driveway is dim until the motion detector sets it off, then it is well lit. Leaving this light off is helpful to my neighbors, whose side wall (and windows) faces my driveway. They no longer have to deal with my old light that I had to leave on all night long.

It might be too early to know the solar charging life span. but this light and construction quality is top-notch. It performs as stated and the lighting modes are great. The quantity of light it puts out is surprising. Its 189 LEDs provides light wide and far to provide yard security or night time activities. I will purchase more of this and other lights from Aosant, as they have captured my favor.
