Overall these are pretty solid. They are tall, which helps for longer distances. The option to stake them into the ground or mount them to fences/walls/decks is great. The build quality is decent and they seem to hold up.
Design-wise, they are a little inconsistent. Some of them end up a bit bent-looking upon assembly, and it seems to be because of the joints connecting the sections. Could be a quality control issue or just a nature of the construction of them. It’s not unsightly as they aren’t really meant to be a centerpiece, but it’s worth noting.
Ground stakes are pretty sturdy overall, but we do get high wind here and I can see them potentially wiggling loose. Consideration to the ground you are placing them in is important. I’m mixed on the value, but they do work.

This set provides everything you could possibly need to string patio lights. I like that the pole height is adjustable in 12″ increments, they screw together solidly, and the single stake base has four supporting spikes that makes it extra stable. The only oddity is the fork at the top. I’m not sure why it’s so wide. I’m only knocking one star off because I think this set could be more affordable if they didn’t include every possible installation accessory.
