(Updated) Using these to light up driveway and walkway. They shine bright when they first turn on as the sun goes down and continue to shine bright for several hours. Some of them stay on until sun rise and others don’t, particularly those that are right next to each other, which i also find strange. This tends to give a false impression that there are gaps in the lighting, when in fact some of the lights are simply off. So far they all turn on again the next night and last for several hours. Be aware that some of them might turn off in the rain and as they dry they will turn on again. I didn’t expect that behavior. These have a waterproof rating so I expected them to shine in the rain, and most of them do, but some turn off until they dry and then turn on again.
