I was hoping to someday have a couple of lamp posts installed, but the cost to run the electric was out of my budget. I spotted these and had to give them a try – and love them! These are very nice – they look great during the day & are much brighter than I ever expected at night. A full charge during the day keeps them lit for at least 6 hours after sunset.
Installation is simple – they come with a spike attachment but given my insanely rock-ridden land, I opted to use the pins – and they are great. Very strong and long enough to keep the post stable even on a very windy day. I used all of the extension poles for maximum height, but it’s easy to customize it to one’s decorative tastes. I was happily surprised to find that they come with a replacement bulb as well.
The photo is of one of the posts at night. I live in an area with no light, complete darkness & when these are lit, they are like beacons.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the design & function. Excellent!

I had 2 solar lamp posts that I set up almost 4 years ago.
Our Arizona sun is crazy hot 10 of the 12 months of the year. Yes, we have cooked eggs on a plate outside just from the sun. This means our solar items tend to not last long. It’s just too much and the cells get friend, the surface cracks, etc. So, I was looking to replace them this season.
These posts went together super quick. i love the matte black surface/finish as it is forgiving of scratches, prints, etc. The glass is thick and durable – it looks like it will withstand our winds. I really love the extra bulb that was included as a replacement. Knowing our winds, I used longer pins to stake them into the ground. The hole size was large enough that it was easily accommodated.
Out of the box, they lit up the first night, The second day it lasted all night. it is a warm white which matches with the rest of my outdoor lighting.

When I received this pair of outside lights, I was surprised how small and how light the box was. Packed inside was four sectional hollow metal poles that screws together, the light fixture and the base. The base can be screwed into a deck, mounted in concrete or use the stakes to place in the dirt as I did mine. I do not expect them to last more than a year or two due to them being battery operated (here in Michigan, batteries do not do well in the cold) As soon as I opened the box, I installed the lights (very simple installation) pressed the on/off switch and let them sit in 4 hours of sun that was left till dusk, they came on with no problem. Instructions say to let them charge for 8 to 12 hours but these were bright enough for what I needed them for. They did not light up my yard very bright as I didn’t expect them to but I am happy with them so far. They are worth $45

These solar lampposts from Joyoowild were the perfect solution to light up dark areas along my front walk without installing electricity. Each lamppost came with the Edison light and housing, a base, ground srakes, and 3 poles, so that different heights can be achieved, or put them all together for one tall pole. The solar panels are working well and staying lit for at least 6 hours every evening. The light is fairly bright, but not blinding. The price is reasonable, and they look nice. And it was well packaged to prevent scratching on the poles and was easy to assemble.

These are ok lights, they do give off a nice warm, bright light. Quality is also okay. It comes with metal tubes that snap and twist in. My issue with these lights is that they seem very short and small for postlights. I also have another set of solar powered postlights, and these are definitely of inferior quality and appearance but around the same price point. The light box is smaller than expected also. These did stay on all night and would be great outside a shed or steps, but they aren’t tall/large enough to be driveway or sidewalk lights.
