This light is the only one I could find that adds to the decor of our outdoor space. All others were SMALL and are basic in design. We added it to our Arizona pergola so it being weather-proof was key. The bulbs are bright enough to dine by. We have it above a 6 person dining table. Installation was straight forward and the remote is a nice feature. One draw back is the light cannot be permanently turned off. The light is photocell operating, and once it comes on, it can then be turned off with the remote. A small minus compared to the many pluses of the light. Light is not the least expensive you can find, but if want something attractive and larger to be in scale with a dining table, this is well worth the money.

I searched high and low for a quality solar lamp that could adequately light our large patio while being durable and affordable. This one exceeded my expectations for the price. Installation was straightforward, taking about 15-20 minutes, and we opted to use the included solar feature. The only downside is that I couldn’t get the remote to work, but it still performs exactly as I’d hoped—it turns on at dusk, runs all night, and lights up again the next evening, illuminating our patio beautifully. The bulbs are impressively bright, and I’m thrilled with this purchase. I’d happily recommend it to friends and Family!

Not as described. Worked for 4 months. This is not for outdoors were the fixture is exposed to rain or moisture. Water will get into the bulb areas. It worked well, but not worth the money for $70.

Bought this for our 12×16 gazebo we also purchased from npcpsolar.com. We love them both. Only thing I wish was different about the light is it only has 4 dimmer options. The light is not real bright on the brightest setting.

Finally found a light large enough to look good in my gazebo. Most are ridiculously small. This one fits. The chain is long enough to hang directly from the hook. Some taller people could walk into it, but it can be moved up easily enough. Mine is over the table and low enough to provide enough light to read while playing cards. It does have a round piece that can attach the light to the ceiling, but not needed in this case. The cord is plenty long enough to put the solar panel almost anywhere. I’ll put mine up on top of a fence beside another one where I can turn them on and off together. This light does not require me to cover the solar panel in order to turn the light on before it’s dark outside, which is a great feature. Would be nice if the remote had a bag or some way of attaching it to the gazebo so it’s readily available without losing it (it’s small).
This light is not cheap (after paying shipping, exchange and duty to Canada) but it’s still worth it. Love this light.
It’s great quality, easy to put together and there is great customer service provided with this company.

This lantern provides just the aesthetic we weee seeking. Four stars only because we did have to hire someone to install to hide the solar box; it’s kinda big. Works like a gem as long as it gets enough sun which is tricky in the Midwest in winter but again it was more about aesthetics than illumination for us.

Nice outdoor solar lamp. Easy to install. We’ve had it for 2 nights and we are very happy so far! The remote that comes with it allows you to make the light bright, or dimmer. Perfect amount of light to eat dinner out on the patio! Very happy with this purchase!
