Had some problems setting up some of the parameters but once that was worked out I had no problems with the unit. The light has been up for a few months and has functioned brilliantley. This was set during the winter when sunlight was pretty scarce, as little as 9 hours of sunlight in mid December, and the solar panel is partially shaded an enormous spruce tree,in temperatures as low -15 F, -26 C. The unit never showed any diminished capacity. The light produce by the three lenses is really bright and the sensitivity of the motion detector is better than the hardwired motion light mounted on my garage. Very satisfied with this light.

So far so good. I installed this device about 2 weeks ago, and initially charged it according to the directions that came with it, which was about 6 full hours of Sunlight. I set it on Mode 1, which is dim all the time, and bright when something goes by. It has worked flawlessly. I have it mounted above the door on my shed, which is partially shaded during the day. No problem. It comes on at dusk, stays on all night and turns off at dawn. I think it’s a very good product, seems to be well made, and the brightness on both levels is good. If you keep it on dim, it will work every night and will provide a good amount of light to see what’s going on. It’s a good value and easily installed. Happy I purchased this product!

Best solar lights I ever bought. They have a night light setting which literally stays on all night. I feel more safe and secured to walk around my property at night. I have four one at each corner of the home. Where I live we don’t have street lights so these area blessing.

Use these to deter varmints in the garden. Got one to work just fine: Motion sensing at dark. Works great snd is plenty bright (and dimmable). The other just turns on in the dark. And stays on until it’s light or runs outta juice. So, pretty useless. Is it worth the hassle of a return? And yes, every job pushed and thru remote. What works fine on one does nothing on the other. Not user error. But it is a bit complicated, and instructions are unclear. So – buy at your risk – maybe you’ll be luckier than me.

This light does not hold a charge only works for about 3 hours at a time. I am in the Texas sunshine and it should charge and work longer than it does. Spend the money and find a better one, don’t waste you money on this one.
