I really like the lights I bought them a couple times. But the last box I got was missing one light. The box was supposed to have six in it, but only had five. I’ve already sent a message to the company and have not heard back anything. The product is very good. I’m assuming this is a problem with their quality control at packing department
Finally got to actually talk to a person at npcpsolar.com to try to get the missing light replaced. I couldn’t do it through the Robo system because they wanted me to ship back the five lights at already installed. But after speaking to a real person, they are sending me the six pack of lights and allow me to keep the extra five.
The lights themselves are very, very nice very easy to install and put off quite a little bit of soft light in my yard. I use them to monitor around my chicken coop. Which helps deter predators and also allows me to see at night if there are any. I highly recommend these lights to anyone looking to add a little bit of light in there yards
