   These MUST HAVE DIRECT SUNLIGHT to run more than an hour, otherwise, these are just good. My wife saw them at a friend’s house and decided that they were what she wanted, so, here we are. Decent lights, just do not run long without lots of direct sunlight.

   Thought this was a great idea. Definitely would add a little ambience to the back yard and steps but was a little disappointing when only half worked. Great product if they old would work.

   Do not light up anything. Housing sits 2″ off the ground and makes tripping hazard. Unable to install flush as advertised. Stakes broke immediately. What a joke!!! Produce about 5″ light, which is worthless.

   Bought 16 of these last summer. They never stayed lit for more than a couple hours after being in direct Florida sun all day. After about a week they stopped working altogether! One by one I tried replacing the batteries…they worked for a bit and then quit. Not long after they began to rust on the inside! Contacted the store to see what my options were. Because I tried to make them work for so long, I was outside of my return window. They put me in touch with the manufacturer. I spoke to Bonnie who told me I could return the lights and receive a refund. This was false! I contacted the warranty department months before my one year warranty was up. After countless emails over several weeks. I was told “as courtesy” I would be sent 8 replacements (I bought 16 and provided the order receipt). The 8 replacements I received are not what I had. Not only are the lights terrible, but the customer service is worse!

   This product is just as advertised. Extremely simple to assemble and install in the garden, on the path, on stairs, or wherever. You can use with the removable stakes or without. Provides a bright clear light (but not too bright for the neighbors!), and look very nice in the garden.

    These were not nearly as bright as advertised. I had them in full sun all day and was using to light some trees in my yard. The light only extends up the trunk about a foot or so. Just doesn’t throw the light far enough to really make an impact. Also, stakes are flimsy and several broke while trying to insert in ground. It’s nice that they swivel, but frame blocks some of the LED’s when you swivel it, further reducing the light output. Disappointed with this product.

    These lights are easy to put together and to stick in the ground, but right from the start, these lights did not work. They started off with a very faint light that you could barely see in the dark and then a couple of days later, they stopped working entirely. I placed them in my garden with my flowers and there is plenty of sun to solar-charge them. They’re expensive when you consider that they don’t work. They are a disappointing purchase.
