   I got these lights to install on my fence, they were pretty easy to install and turn on. The are a bit bulky and not very bright. They hold their charge for a decent amount of time and does well in harsh weather. They survived a few storms so far. The angle of the light isn’t ideal for a fence, it shoots outward and not down. Its still a decent outdoor light though and good for the price.

   Anything that can be attached with a zip tie is a plus. Placed these around the chicken pen. It is isn’t the brightest light but it is a white light so it illuminates well. Would definitely buy again.

   The lights themselves are plenty bright at night, and for 20 bucks for a 6 pack, its a really great deal to give you a little bit of flare of some mild lighting at night. I attached these to a plastic fence, which ended up working out ok…as soon as I stopped using the included anchors and double sided tape.

   The anchors are the absolute bottom of the barrel pieces of junk I’ve ever seen. Putting the screw into them never opens up the wings of the anchors, and provide no stability or anchor point. Even trying to put the screw into an anchor without putting it into anything, just to test to see if it flares out failed. The double sided tape isn’t much better, as it can barely hold together two pieces of paper. ALSO the tape included is NOT DESIGNED TO BE FOR OUTDOORS! Use your own quality anchors,screws and outdoor double sided tape to properly mount these lights.

   These lights are really nice. The angle the sun can hit the solar is really great for steps… however, two out of the six stopped working after two months!! Difficult to stick onto concrete. Works best on cleaned wood.

   These cute little deck lights are between 3 and 4 inches so they are tiny. They won’t illuminate much. It has no motion sensor. It’s a simple light that turns on when it gets dark or if you put your hand over the solar panel on top. That’s basically how you test to see that it’s working. You push the black button located in the middle top of the LED cluster and then you hold your hand over the solar panel to cover it and the light comes on. I tested all 6 and all 6 of them work. You can use the double sided tape that is supplied or you can screw it in with the supplied screws. I took off one star because the light isn’t very bright. I will keep periodic updates to go over how long the light stays on after dusk and how long it lasts overall. Thank you. One week update: It’s been about a week later and here is my experience. I can’t even see the light as it is drowned out by the moon light. They are mounted about 6 feet above ground and in good sunlight and should be fully charged. The LEDs, unfortunately, are not very bright. I recommend these only be used for deck lights. Update: I’ve now been using it for deck lights and as it is intended and now it’s working much better for its intended function. Please use this only for deck lights. I hope you found this review helpful and I wish you a very nice day. UPDATE: Stopped working in less than a year.

   I ordered this 6 pack of Etetale Solar Stair and Step Lights to use at our seasonal campsites.
   We have two families onsite, and between the two campers we have 3 sets of stairs to navigate in the dark.
   These Etetale step lights were easy to install on all of our stairs, and provide plenty of light in the dark to help avoid a potentially harmful misstep!
   I definitely recommend this product for anyone that has steps, at home, or at camp.
