Bought 16 pack a little over a month ago (return window closed, of course) 2 of the 16 lights just stopped working. Looks terrible now that there is gaps in lights now. Impossible to find how to contact seller for any support.

Even though I started using these during the winter months. They seem to do fairly well with limited sunlight. The few lights that do get ample sunlight are considerably brighter and last much longer into the night. A few are even still lit by morning.
I am not used to the upward facing lights. They are quite bright and take a little getting used to. I am anxious to see how well they perform this summer. Overall I feel these are a great quality product and would buy more.

I picked these because unlike other lights I of these lights shine up and down. The lights are very bright compared to the lights I’ve had before and gives off a nice light on our decking, see picture. The only reason I didn’t give these 5 stars, two off the lights stopped working due to water getting inside just after 2 months, you only have 30days to contact if there are any problems and after that there are no contact details for the company to try to rectify.

Half the lights have stopped working now after 5 months, the cheap lights I’ve bought in the past have lasted longer than these so downgraded to one star

They would never really charge and work. One is all that seemed to ever want to stay charged no matter how we positioned them.
**Update** After I left my review, the seller (Lexie) reached out multiple times and sent a whole set of replacement lights. I have had them out for a few days and I would say these need to be in very direct sunlight but they are working great and bright. I will do the official install this weekend. The customer service is amazing and they truly care about their customers and want them to be satisfied. I highly recommend making a purchase from them because if you have any issues, they will 1000% take care of it.

Bought three boxes of 16 each. 3 were not working. I got one going. The other two are dead in the water. I looked over the two no-goes thinking batteries might be loose. Triple a battery and looks like attached permanently. If 3 not good out of 48 a little over 6% failure. For my use, sitting on top of a brick fence, I would prefer all 6 lights pointed down rather than 3 up and three down. I am disappointed with the failure rate and the inability to change battery if necessary.
