I ordered this to go in my backyard, on the ground on top of the gravel (I have no grass). However, I think it may go on my deck on a table because it's so beautiful! I paid $55 with free shipping and am absolutely satisfied at that price. The size is good; my pics has it next to my small fireplace to provide some scale. The detailing is excellent, especially for the price. The light started to flicker as soon as I wrapped my hand around the lantern, so the solar works. The light is small, but this is meant for atmosphere, not seeing by. The piece arrived in perfect condition from the seller (Ebros Gift), packed in Styrofoam inside a brown shipper. Overall, it is easily worth the price if you can get it for under $60. Highly recommended.

These were amazing for Halloween. Planned on using them for Christmas too! Wish there was a better warm white setting though. Definitely looks like a yellow/green.

I bought these lights and was impressed with the quality. They were very easy to install. The battery life lasted about 6 hours. They look very nice and sturdy. They provide a lot of light at night. I didn’t give it a 5 stars because these lights MUST receive direct sunlight in order to work. I first put them in a spot where they only received partial sun and didn’t turn on at night. I moved the lights to a different spot where they were directly under sun and they worked very good. I recommend these lights only if you’re planning to install them where they will receive sun during the day. I still don’t know if they’ll be working during rainy days when we don’t get sun for a few days.

My lights were delivered today and they look amazing! They give off just enough light in either low or high settings. Not to dull, not to bright. They were super easy to assemble and it took about 5 minutes. I love that you can adjust the height to super tall or short. They feel sturdy enough to withstand outdoor weather. I have not tested the waterproof yet. Don't forget to turn on the power switch on them like I did! Lol. I highly recommend these solar lights. If anything should change, I will update my review. 7-25-2024 UPDATE I have only had the solar lights since July 18th, but we have had heavy thunder storms a few times. And on the days that it hasn't rained, I have used the sprinkler for the lawn, and the solar lights have gotten wet. The solar lights still work just fine. 😊

Picture A, is when I opened the box and saw everything inside, including a remote and 2 AAA batteries. Picture B, the same as Picture A except it is turned on. Picture C, is just of the light panel with sensors and a start button. Picture D, is the solar cell side of the solar light. Picture E, is mounted on the side on my house at a distance. Picture F, is the same light but up close. I have a lot of different solar lights around my house and I got to admit, this is the best price, and is the brightest one or at least very close the brightest one I have. Mounting is fairly easy, I did have to make a mounting plate, out of a couple pieces of 2X4s, to extent it out a few more inches so I could the solar panel over the top of my roof, completely. I opened the package, added batteries (included) to the remote, charged the unit outside in the sun, and was ready to install it after the rainstorm. Set it to mode 1 and and waited till dark. All has been working fine since. I like to set these lights for dim all of the night time and come on full bright when something goes by. They do go out after the sun comes out and start that charging again. I do hope this helps with your solar light buying. All I can say is in the title and this review.

I really like them, the design is modern and original and it makes cute patterns on the floor ( can’t see too much on the pictures because my garden is a mess but it’s actually pretty cool). The lights were nicely packed and very easy to assemble. They work well and stay in throughout the night. I like that there is 2 settings: On all night and motion detection. I walked by the lights few times and they came on every time. They mentioned color change on the description but I don’t think this model does. The lights are bright enough to light your way in the night. I’m very happy with them, now I just have to get my garden under control.

You have to screw them together, so that does create for some of them not being perfectly straight, but if you need them to be portable as we do in our RV, it’s a trade off to be able to break them down and carry them in some of our smaller storage bays. They also have a considerable amount of lean to them when using them in corners because the weight of the string lights pull them. We ordered another box so we would not have to spread them out so far. This will probably help a little bit but ultimately to keep them perfectly straight you’ll probably have to use some type of tie-down on the corners. Your mileage may vary with this based on the weight of your lights. When you unboxed these, pay attention to the tips of the staking piece. Not all of ours came to point and we had difficulty with those getting them into the ground. Fortunately, we have the ability at work to weld material to the bottom and reshape them to a sharp point. I didn’t take photos before hand, but if you happen to get a package that suffers this, it’s easily apparent. Do not use too much force pushing these into the ground. If you can’t push them in by hand or with moderate pressure using your feet, find a softer location. The welds are not very strong and we did find welds on two of our steaks, starting to fatigue after first use. ultimately, we are happy with these. They do what they need to do however, I don’t believe they’re worth $30. I should probably give it 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 because they do work albeit some quirks.

As you can see under their specification they claim the product is waterproof. I bought two packs of them back in may and early June I set them up in my backyard. I live in San Diego so you can imagine how lottle rain we get here but the product after less than 6 months stopped working!!! I opened one out of curiosity to see what caused the light to stop working. Look at the pictures. The amount of ingressed water/moisture is ridiculous. So you can see they straight lie in their specifications and labeling.

We tried a couple other motion sensor lights, but most of them will mount to a wall just fine, but not mounting underneath an eve very good. tlThis is the only one we found that actually had enough swivel and the motion sensor worked properly when mounting to the eve underneath. We also like the fact that the 3 lights are easily adjustable with hand knobs. Also isn't blinding you when you pull in the driveway, like some other lights. The motion adjustments actually work good too.

This is a review of the Yusist JYC GY019 1P solar street lights outdoor-solar parking lot light (“YUSIST”). The YUSIST is advertised as a 500 watt outdoor dusk to dawn, parking lot light, waterproof with remote control, upgraded commercial solar flood lights. The YUSIST is similar to other solar light units that uses high efficiency 560 pcs 5730 high bright SMD lamp beads, advertised as 50,000 lumens with minimal light decay. (The box actually says 24,000 Lumens) Other solar lights similar to this one has three rows of LED lamps. The YUSIST has two rows of LED lamps. The color temperature of the YUSIST is 6500K and will cover a medium size area about 10 to 15 feet wide and maybe 20 feet deep. The solar panel has a high conversion rate of 30% and the light coverage of 240 degrees angle of coverage. The unit is advertised containing a 10000mAh large capacity lithium- ion battery that is charged by the build-in solar panel fully charged in only 5-6 hours. (The box indicates the battery is actually only 8000 mAh). A small window near the on / off button will be flashing to indicate it is on during the day and the batteries are solar charging. The dusk to dawn sensor and will turn on only when it’s fairly dark. The motion sensor has a fairly high range and sensitivity. The YUSIST provides 3 intelligent lighting modes to meet different needs and the brightness of the output can be adjusted: • Mode 1 - Sensor Motion Detection Brightness is 100%, No Motion Brightness is 30%; • Mode 2 - Sensor Motion Detection at 100% brightness, no motion will turn off the brightness; and • Mode 3: Three timer settings: 2H/3H/4 hours. The light output is fairly bright and due to the extended mounting arm will cover a medium wide size area. I mounted the unit to cover a one car garage driveway and the light output was great for such size area and the light output extended out fairly far. However, most of the solar lights I reviewed are highly overstated and does not approach the claimed light outputs ( even at the 24,000 lumens claimed on the box). In testing this unit, if the unit is set on Mode 1 (100% brightness on motion and 30% for no motion), if there is a lot of movement the unit would not last more than three hours. The light is fairly bright and has an extended mounting arm that is metal compared to lights with similar sized units with similar light output that are plastic. Overall, I recommend the YUSIST as it is a great size unit, light output is fairly bright and will cover a medium size area. However, need to consider that the battery would be depleted on heavy use

Great solar powered ledge lights. They change colors and they recharged in 1 day in bright daylight. I recommend them for balconies and ledges.

First the pros. You have 3 light settings (I chose the lowest), and you can program to specific channels so that they sync. This is important as the lights get brighter as they sense motion within 16 feet of the lamp. I have them all on the same channel so when I went to test it out, they all got brighter at the same time. So I imagine that if you set 2 for channel 1 and 2 for channel 3, they would get brighter when each set is triggered, which would be nice if you have a few sets (like up a long driveway or walkway). I like that you can choose the brightness in the inactivate setting. Negatives: You can't adjust the brightness of the motion triggered setting. I have them around my front door, which is very close to our sidewalk so I'm sure they will have motion sensors triggered all the time by people walking by. I'm a little concerned about the sturdiness of the product. It's a hollow metal connection tube between the ground spike and the lamp. There's only about 1 inch of overlap between each piece connection. Given how light the tube is, how heavy the lamp is and how deep the spike goes, I'm a bit concerned about how these will hold up in the crazy weather that we experience here in the midwest. Time will tell there. It's very loose between the tube and spike so I'm mostly concerned about the lamp taking flight in a wind/rain storm. Besides these few observations, I'm very happy with how the product operates and looks.

They are very bright and they work all night long when set on motion detection. We installed the stair light lower so it doesn’t blind our dogs. When placed higher up they provide plenty of light in the yard and motion detection works from farther away. Con: A family member used the enclosed stickers to attach them to vinyl siding and they will not come off! I’m not sure how to remove them without destroying the siding! I used command strips for the two deck posts and it was the ideal solution. As far as I can tell, they do not have replaceable batteries so they could last a year and a half or maybe two years. Hoping longer. We are happy with them regardless of how long they last.
