I had some old worn post caps on my deck and I'm currently renovating everything for spring. I was excited to see that these particular caps can be switched between cool white or yellow light modes because I'm always switching up my decor and lighting on the deck and I need them to match! They are super easy to install right out of the box. I only charged them for a few hours during the first use and all of them lit up perfectly and look wonderful! It has really enhanced the look of my deck. The only thing I wish is that there were more screws included in the box, but we were still able to install all of the caps effortlessly. I'm going to buy another box soon because I need three more to finish my project! Highly recommend!
Nicer than I expected. Easy to assemble. Remain illuminated at least 8 hrs. Hold small flower pots easily. Ads nice touch to my patio.
This lantern packs a powerful light. No cords Or turning on at night. They come on automatically at dusk and turn off during the day. One of the best features- they come with an optional stake to secure them in the ground. I have 4 in total
These poles are sturdy and easy to install. The simple design allows them to disappear and just do their job. Great product.
This is one of those great buys, ever. This little motion detector is sooo bright it exceeds what I had expected. Also, it is so very sensitive it comes on if my tiny dog walks within its sight radius ... and one can adjust the 3 panels of light to where one wants it to detect. I no longer have to remember to turn my porch lights on and off, and the solar aspect saves money!
These are good. I gave them all a good charge in the Sun, then brought them inside the RV / house. About 3 days now left on 24 hours a day (on the dimmer yellowish setting) and they're all still providing pretty good light. A little variation on brightness from one to the other, but all amazingly still providing light and nothing has gone out yet. Yes, they could be getting a little bit of peripheral sunlight charge, but not much if any cuz I'm in a climate where I definitely take considerable efforts to keep all sun out! Two things that would be even better... A mount option for velcro or stickers or "hole making" alternates (easy to do on your own because they're super lightweight). And either a remote or bigger more external button or just a way to push the button without being able to reach as high as they might be mounted. I'm short, and the color changing button is inset and pretty tiny (although it is very responsive!)... I can poke it to change the color or turn it off, but not with anything very big in diameter. The picture with the sunglass case is for size reference. And the ones with the lights on shows all the colors and one off (my phone camera does terrible with light), and then all on the yellow ish color but all of those are after they've been inside for roughly 72 hours without being recharged to try to get them to a point where they NEED a charge! Hasn't happened yet.
The lights worked as advertised; however, they are not water resistant my lights leaked, and after about a month, the positive end of the battery connection rusted through (see picture), and the lights would no longer recharge or function. Not wanting to leave a comment on a bad note, these lights look awesome (see picture), and I am going to repurchase a set, but will spend some time sealing the case at the point where the wire penetrates.
For several years we’ve tried to get the county and electric company to install a light at our drive entrance. Then, we had the idea of installing a solar powered light. Our driveway entrance is on a busy highway and is incredibly dark, making identifying the entry very difficult. This has been a game changer! Set at the constant light, 5O%, it’s the perfect light to make getting in or out much safer. Not only can we find the drive easier, it identifies where we’re coming from to oncoming traffic. I did as suggested, upgrade the wood screws, good decision. The screws provided are not up to the task, in my opinion. Install was very easy. Highly recommend.
I feel like this are a bit overpriced for how DIY they look with the electrical tape, BUT I do think they’re adorable and they do produce a lot of light.
Lights look great and light up nicely. However one out of the 6 is not working. Since this has a light up and bottom there seems to be a sensor of some sort. You must place the light midwall so u can get the up and down effect. I place mine to high and it wont turn on but i mived it lower and it still wont turn on. I did a full 8hr solar charge and nothing. Looks like i have 1 defect, currently waiting for the seller to respond.
Because it can't be installed on the ground... It's good to identify the parking distance and safe area. Compared with the lane lights used before, Cremant's lamp is very strong, and the cast aluminum shell is very weighty. After testing for a few days, the charge is bright enough all night when it is cloudy. The light is very bright and the battery is relatively durable. Later repurchase also buy more and install it in the yard.
I'm not sure about durability yet or how long they will hold up over time, but as far as the longevity of the power, I do know that. Clearly will last all night!!! If they don't, you've got a dud. I read a review that said they didn't last more than a couple of hours... They must have received a dud box or something. I set them out in the afternoon on a rainy day for the first time with almost no sunlight, and they were only outside a couple of hours before nightfall, and they lasted for 10 minutes. The next day was a partly sunny day with clouds and lasted all night. I brought three of them inside and put them in a dark area, and they stayed on for 24 hours and are still going strong while writing this review. So, to be clear, three of them, after charging in cloudy conditions in an open area, lasted for approximately 36 hours and are still going. I think that will be just fine unless you live in Alaska, maybe, or somewhere where you have a bizarre sun schedule, but even then, they might be just fine. Color is really cool from a distance. I got the "4 Pack - Mix Colors" and they have a purple look to them from far away, but as you get closer, from directly above, it is blue on the corners and like a warm white on the sides. Catches the eye and is not an annoying light in my opinion. I put one on top of my mailbox and the others as pathway lights, and they do a good job. I would say if the path is easy to see, you don't need many, but if you are trying to light up the pathway, maybe get the brighter ones and probably every 4 feet if you want the light to touch but not totally sure about that as mine are the more blue side of light and that light doesn't travel as far. Either way, great product and will buy again in future!
Call me a skeptic, but I NEVER thought an outdoor solar powered LED light could light up the night to my satisfaction. Until NOW! The Iodoo 3600 lumen Solar Street Light has most assuredly proven me wrong! Its LEDs do NOT disappoint. Bright? That would be an understatement. Coverage? It has an unbelievably wide area of coverage and it’s even illumination across that area is as impressive as its brightness. This streetlight equivalent lamp has multiple mounting options as well as multiple operating modes. Personally, I like the limited intensity night mode of operation that increases to 100% when motion is detected. Rugged? This outdoor light is well built. It’s IP66 waterproof rating make it an ideal lighting solution for our wet mountain winters as well as the wind driven rains of our monsoon season, something present only in the somewhat arid high mountain mesas I call home. I won’t mention the blowing sand-size particles of decomposing granite but this light seems impervious to it, too. Did I mention that it’s bright? It is most definitely blinding, especially if you turn it on indoors (at night) after fully charging it in the brilliant Colorado sun. I was playing with its remote control (yes it comes with a remote control) and was looking directly into the panel when I inadvertently switched it on. Blinding it is. I don’t recommend looking into it at close range and certainly not on purpose. Suffice it to say that I’ve learned my lesson and the resulting photopsia afterimage of the LED array has faded. Lesson: DON’T look into the light! Installation? This lamp comes complete with mounting hardware for a variety of installations types. Make sure you have a drill handy, it makes installation much easier, not to mention considerably faster! Remote? Yep, it comes with a remote control, too. Trust me, depending on where you mount it, you’ll be happy that dragging out the ladder isn’t always necessary to adjust the lights settings. This lamp is a great addition to any spot in need of light (just remember it needs the sun to recharge and a full day to do it). Pay close attention to its placement outside to maximize sun exposure (and exposure time) and corresponding battery charge. My only reservation with this Iodoo product is its exposed PV panel on the lights top side. I think I’d feel a little better with a thin polycarbonate panel covering the exposed PV cell. Up where I live we have some ugly hail storms each summer. I may add this protective panel to ally my own fears about possible breakage from baseball sized pieces of falling ice. That’s it. This is a well built, highly functioning product with great features and a great price. It’s among the best outdoor solar lighting solution I’ve found. Personally, I plan to buy a few more!
First, these CAN be used INSIDE! They come with a cord that requires a USB capable cube. The end that plugs into the solar panel. The solar panel has 2 buttons--one for on/off and the other to toggle through the lighting modes. There are also indicator lights on the back. The panel is sizable, about 5x7 or similar, I'd say. The bells are a little small, but that doesn't take away from the light they produce. Also, it comes with 1 spare light in case you need it. Please see the video to get an idea of the different modes (even though the lights are in a pile at the time). The remote is also nice. These are a great set of lights and will make any space beautiful.
The HMCITY Solar Outdoor Lights (120 LED, Warm White) are a versatile and powerful lighting solution for security, pathways, or backyard ambiance. I installed two on my fence and garage wall, and they provide excellent coverage and brightness with their 270° wide-angle design. The motion sensor is responsive and reliable, picking up movement from a good distance without false triggers. With three lighting modes—motion-activated, dim+motion, and always-on—you can customize them based on your needs, whether you want subtle ambiance or full security lighting. The IP65 waterproof rating means they’ve held up well through rain and wind without any issues, and the solar panel charges efficiently even on partly cloudy days. I also love the warm white glow, which is softer and more pleasant than the usual harsh white LED. One small tip: Mount them in direct sunlight for best charging results—shade will affect performance. Overall, the HMCITY Solar Lights are bright, dependable, and easy to install. A perfect addition for anyone looking to boost outdoor visibility and security with a warm, welcoming glow.
