Obsessed with these lights, they're so pretty! Hopefully they last long, but so far I'm loving them.
Updates: Upon contacting the seller through npcpsolar.com, the seller responded and shipped the replacement light strand immediately. It's understandable that some items are defective and break down sooner than expected. The seller was very polite and responsive. Their customer service was superb, and they corrected the problem. Thank you. __________________ The overall lights looked nice when I first hung them up with a reasonable amount of light. It's more of a mood ambient lighting effect. Not bright enough to carry on a conversation. I was happy with it as it served what I was looking for. However, after 2 months, on one of the strings, only 4 lights turned on. I tried changing the bulbs, but the remaining 12 bulbs still would not turn on. It is certainly not worth the money for 2 months of use and all the work of hanging them up high. I have tried to contact the seller through npcpsolar.com. npcpsolar.com could not help since I have passed the 3 days, and they don't have any warranty information. Hopefully, the sellers can provide an acceptable solution. I will update my review once (and if ) I hear from them.
Second time buying them because I wanted more they last a long time, look great and make me happy!
These are really pretty. They look and feel really nice when assembling. The design the light makes on the ground is really nice. Only complaint is they do seem a tad wobbly once in the ground and one of the lights was flickering and seemed to struggle to stay on. After a couple whacks, it’s on and working … for now. Curious to see how they will hold up in varying types of weather. Overall, I would recommend this product. Great value for the money and really makes my yard look sparkle at night!

I think outdoor solar lights have a tendency to look cheap or dirty very easily. And have found that to get ones that meet my aesthetic standards, I usually have to spend upwards of 20$/light. PROS: I was drawn to these due to the sleek, modern look. These are NOT your grandmas walkway lights. They came well wrapped, and were easy to assemble. They were pre-charged which was nice, because I got to see immediately how they look. They put off a good amount of light and I like the softer, warmer tones. CONS: They are plastic, which I was slightly disappointed by, but time will tell how it holds up. The best part? At less than 5$/light, they feel like something that I am OK having to leave outside and potentially replace every now and then.
SETUP: changing the light color can be tricky to figure out. Hold the (only) button down for 5 seconds. The light powers on and will cycle through color choices. At this point you could walk away if you want the colors to continuously cycle. If you want a single static color to appear, simply wait for the light to cycle to that color (there are several). When the light cycles to the color you want, simply tap the button once. Do not hold it. It will remain on that color until you hit the button again. I have only had these on for a few hours but right away I am happy with them.
I am happily surprised by how large and well made this lantern is—for the low price I would understand if it were much smaller! It is very grand looking and puts out plenty of warm glowing light. It looks so classy on our patio. The burnished copper just shines so nicely! Highly recommend!
I was very pleasantly surprised that the SOLVAO Solar Spotlight operates on low setting all night (and this is during mid November) on the charge it receives where I had to install it in order to light my U.S. flag. My house faces east, so the solar panel only gets a half day of sun before the house shadows it. The unit is easy to install. I installed it on the house siding as the shrubby blocks any sunlight from reaching the flower bed. The only criticism I have of the unit is that the solar panel's adjustment is limited once the unit is installed, which may or may not be optimal for maximizing solar collection. This could be resolved if it could be rotated at the base in addition to the current adjustment. But as I said, it receives enough charge where it is installed to operate all night when on low setting.
These solar lights are such a fun upgrade for my fence! The colors are vibrant, and I love being able to switch between solid colors. They charge well during the day and automatically turn on at night, and stay lit throughout the whole night. The installation was quick, and they’ve held up great, even when it rains.

These were so pretty for a while but are now taking on water and there is no way to drain the water out.
These are nicer than I expected. We bought them for a Christmas party and have kept them up ever since. They are a good decorative addition to a dark backyard.
These solar lights are my favorite ones I’ve ever bought. Through the years I’ve had quite a few different brands but these are the best. The motion feature is very useful especially if you mount the lights on a fence, wall, or side of the house. I’ve had these for several months and the are performing great and have weathered through the elements. Very reliable! I highly recommend these lights.
We got these lights primarily to mark the limits of an inconvenient planting area in our entryway driveway which often gets overrun by visitors at night. Some highlights: • Duration of light: we set these out on our patio right out of the box – no additional charging - and they stayed bright throughout the entire night – at least 12 hours. Impressive! • Materials. The body of each light is sturdy aluminum, not plastic. Very solid • Controls: On each light there is a control button with which you can select one of 4 modes and 9 colors. A long press on the control button turns the light on; subsequent presses cycle through the colors and modes, and another long press turns the light off. When turned off and then back on, the lights resume the previous mode / color setting. • Installation: These lights can be mounted on walls using the provided screws and anchors, or secured to the ground using the provided plastic stakes. Our approach is to just place them on the ground where desired. • Maintenance: there are no instructions for maintenance or changing any batteries. The lights seem pretty well sealed, so I didn’t attempt to open them to check out the battery arrangements. Although there are no documented instructions for maintenance and battery replacement, I expect these lights will serve us well for years based on our experience with a similar set that we have had for at least three years. Overall – I would highly recommend this well built, quality customizable light set.
