Close to 3 weeks with these and I have to say that I am impressed so far. Day 1 I made sure they sat in direct sun the entire day before I installed them. The color selection is easy with the button on top not underneath like some, and the light is bright enough for what I wanted. (Love the red white and blue). These come on at about 8pm or dusk, and are still on the same brightness when the sun comes up in the am. Will have to wait and see if the performance remains the same (or close to) for a year or two. The last LEDs I got lasted about two years (single color different manufacturer) and they never stayed on all night. I was lucky for them to stay on past 1am or so. There was a coupon when I bought so for 12 lights it was under $90 I believe. Lights feel like they are well made and I even had 2 extra screws (I wish more companies would do this as you inevitably drop one and lose it lol. Update - well, 3 months into use - they started not working or only staying on about an hour. At the 4 month point - only 3 of them are staying more than 4-6 hrs - with full daytime sunlight. Tried to email the manufacturer and the email isn’t valid.

Bright enough and they work great . The Rotate setting is pretty too for when Christmas time comes around ! Definitely light-weight so be careful pushing into the ground if you have dirt that is hard /compact .

SEE PICTURE: 1. Lights set to brightest white setting. 2. Light brightness did not fade during the entire 11 hours that the lights were on. 3. All the lights turned ON about 15 minutes after sunset and within 3 minutes of each other even though some are facing East and some North. 4. All the lights turned OFF about 10 minutes before sunrise and within 2 minutes of each other. 5. Comment – automatic on and off functionality triggers appropriately. There is plenty of natural light 10-15 minutes after sunset and before sunrise. 6. The lights are mounted towards the East and North so do not get as many hours of sunlight for charging as if facing West or South. 7. Horizontal 2 x 4’s block the arc from fanning down the full vertical surface of the fence. 8. A 7 ft. diameter circular area is illuminated on the ground that spans the entire width of the fence posts. INSTALLATION: 1. Eighteen 6 x 25 mm Phillips head wood screws and plastic anchors were included - only 16 are needed. I mounted to wood so did not need the anchors. I appreciate the 2 extra screws because I recently mounted a different set of lights from a different manufacturer and the heads of 2 screws sheared off before I started drilling pilot holes. I drilled 3/32” pilot holes for these WANJOTEC lights just to make sure I did not damage any screws. 2. The screws are left raised so that the light fixture can be slid down over the screws. The slot openings in the back of the light are tapered so it is easy to find screws when mounting (SEE PICTURE) 3. The optical sensor to automatically power cycle the LEDs is in the solar panel. If adjusting during daylight, cover up the panel by holding it against your clothing or face down on a tabletop. 4. There is a template integrated into the User Manual (SEE PICTURE). A separate template made out of a thicker stock paper, matching the light fixture footprint dimensions, with pre-cut holes and a center line would make installation much easier (SEE PICTURE). I recommend these WANJOTEC lights

After my first set of solar lights finally died ( I got about 2-3 years out of them) I was on the search for something new. My old ones had little plastic domes that snapped on to direct the light and these broke shortly after I got them, so I knew that this time I wanted one solid light with nothing to snap in. These new lights are one solid unit. Note: I’m not using these as gutter lights as intended, but rather I have them attached to my white vinyl fence to light up my back yard at night. Since they are solid white, they blend right in during the daytime. I didn’t want to drill holes in my fence, so I have the mounts wedged into the trim of every other piece of 8 ft wide fencing. My old lights were constantly falling down and I’d just put them back up. With these new lights, that doesn’t seem to be an issue. We’ve had crazy winds for two days and they are exactly where I placed them. I got the warm white and I’m so happy with both the look and how much light these little things give off. I’ll post a picture so you can see. In the photo, the lights look very cool white, but they are warm white in person. Update: I went ahead a bought a second set so I could extend them further around my fencing. I’m also going to mount them to the side of my garage. These lights kick on at dusk and are STILL ON until it starts getting light around 6am!!! I’m so impressed. My old lights never made it much past 11pm even when brand new. All my lights work. All are the same shade of warm white. Zero issues. Love, love, love these. They were more expensive than my old ones and more than some other choices on npcpsolar.com too, but I’m just so happy with the look, the amount of light and how long they stay lit up, it was definitely money well spent.

Overall, my short term (1 week) review is these are 4.5 stars. Ordered 12 and installed 9 so-far. For about $5 each and 1 minute install time these appear to be a excellent inexpensive option (compared to hard wired lights). The motion detection and brightness are very good, and they appear to charge and hold a charge meeting my expectations thus far. But it hasn't been particularly dark due to moonlight and winter clouds so a true test will be on darker nights. 1 out of 9 lights appears to be malfunctioning and stays on, but I have yet to try to adjust settings so it might just be on the wrong setting. For $5 each it's an excellent inexpensive lighting solution. Cheap enough to add more lights if you require more brightness. My only concern is longevity but they are solar panels and LEDs so I expect they should be durable, and if they last 5-10 years I'll be very pleased for the cost and ease. Solid 4.5 stars with 5 stars achieved if they all work correctly and last at least 5 years.

I love these! Way better than the ones I previously purchased from Home Depot.

I like to give 5 stars but a small issue cause you guys a bad star. In-fact I bought the light from costco but can’t write review because login problems. Just find out npcpsolar.com have the same product therefore drop down a review let customer who interested on this product to know more of it; and decide purchase this product or not. Overall product is good, just pay attention on wire connections, remove the red plastic protection from bulbs, replace higher mah battery for longer light up. The one bad star is the length between light, it din’t match the older version product, i thought i can just hook up the light on the hook (same brand product install years ago) Try to use back the ceiling hook but it 0.1” different. I have to bent the hook to compensate the difference but after every third light i have to reinstall a new hook. Since like a small issue but imagine if exchange 10 sets of light it will have to takes forever. If the wire length can be standardized it benefits on new light upgrades and you guys can also encourage customers to replace new version of string light with easy installation. Just install the light therefore need at least one month to confirm the product. Might update my review again on product outcome. If don’t see my review update mean product is perfect. Take back all my comment, product suck work only 2 days, 3rd day 4th day light won’t turn on, don’t expect me to toggle the on/off switch because solar panel is on the roof and it should not toggle it if it work on the first 2 days. Now i know why Costco’s customer give only 3 stars review on this product. And if i’m not wrong the new model string light came with remote control may be have the same problem, remote control is easy to turn it on if light is not turn on. Hope the next batch of string lights can design without switch like path light. I will continue monitor the outcome of the string lights, worst case scenario will return the product.

The only issue I had with the light was finding the correct position to place the pin inside the small slot to find the actual switch. It took some time but I found how the "pin" contacts the switch and I was able to turn the light in the "on" position. Other than that small issue, the light was attached above my outside garage door. It was an easy install and I was impressed with how much light this small unit produces. I live in a rural area and have some serious dark when the sun sets. I particularly like the dim glow the light emits. The senor works fine and when tripped the full brilliance of the light covers a nice area. It's not a floodlight - but it works well to provide a small amount of light to an area then lights up the area when the senor is tripped. I'm happy with it.

Pirchased two orders for my backyard fence. Comes with paper guides to help as I screwed them in. Easy to use, looks great, light weight and brightens my fence line.

First the bad: There is no way this is 43" tall. Even though that is just shy of 4' (aren't typical tiki torches usually taller than that?) this is in no way 43" tall! I'd say they're only about 24" or so off the ground spike. If you're looking to have something tall this IS NOT it. Now the good: The lighting effect these torches provide are super pretty and very impressive for an led light! I sort of expected it to be a cheap effect where the led light just "flashes" but I'll be darned if it really does look like a live random-movement flame from a slight distance! The funny thing is now that they've arrived my wife wants to put them in a totally different place than I thought she would and she is now wanting them to be shorter! Well, that's good because I can't make them any taller, but I can take the center tube section to the old chop saw and shorten them down a bit. Just be sure that you are not going to get a tall torch and you'll be very pleased with these lights.

I have had these lights for exactly 5 months now, and only 2 still work. So sad about this because they looked so beautiful. They light up for about 5 minutes when it gets dark and then fade off. Only 2 stay lit for most of the night.... ::First review:: Super fast shipping. Just arrived earlier today, it’s been raining all day and they still lit right up when it got dark! They light my walkway perfectly! Super easy to assemble and seem to be sturdy! One didn’t work because the wire came loose but it was easily fixed with Electrical tape and now it works fine! We will see how it holds up! Other then that, I love them, they look great!

Wonderful lantern. If you're into sloths like we are, you can use this inside and outside of your residence. This lantern is high quality and eye-catching, besides being ultra cute, and automatically was able to light up for more than a day now, right out of the box. I would recommend highly based on the solar battery power on this thing. May purchase more for friends in the future as gifts.

Ordered on May 19, 2024..... Review on Nov 15, 2024 When first purchased they were so bright that my husband thought he wouldn't be able to sleep. (shining into bedroom windows). He got use to them and I loved them from the get-go. But now 6 months later a quarter of them are failing in some way or another. VALUE: 70 dollars isn’t a lot for these things providing they work. The price is worth it for a few YEARS of working but not 6 months. PERFORMANCE: As I mentioned they worked like street lights for the first 3 months but thereafter I started to notice a substantial loss of brightness. I wasn’t too concerned because my husband wasn’t a huge fan of the amount of light they gave off, due to the deck being right outside our large bedroom windows. Even though I liked the brightness I figured this was a nice compromise. After 3 months a few of them started to blink like we were living on the runway of an airport. It was a rapid blinking which became quite annoying. About a month of blinking the light just gives out. We have two completely dead and two blinking making 4 out of the 12 being garbage. All of them are an eighth of the brightness they use to be. Some you can barely see at night. QUALITY: The quality of the plastic was what I expected, fairly durable PVC. The plastic or PVC is a bit better than some I have bought in the past. I considered metal which is what I was on the hunt for but after seeing these I convinced myself out of. (regrets). I planned to remove these for the winter, so they wouldn’t be subjected to the shovel beating as I clean the snow off the railings; but it appears now I’ll just leave them out since I don’t’ care about them any more FEATURES: If you like living on the tarmac of an airport then they are great. But on a more serious note, they do have adapters to place on larger 6x6 posts just don’t plan on them staying lit for a whole year. COMPARISON: I purchased some really cheap ones back a few years ago. They worked for years and I never brought them indoors during our very harsh winters. I also banged them up pretty bad when shoving the railings, but they worked. I would have been fine with them had I not busted 90% of them with either the shovel or ran over them with the snow blower when they fell off (due to me never affixing them to the posts.) Through all the abuse, the cheap ones were like little energizer bunnies and just kept on working. I wouldn’t waste your money on these! It’s really too bad because I really liked the looks, the light and quality of plastic. But for the value get some cheap ones and have them last 20 times longer or spend the long dollar and go for quality. Either way don't waste your cash on these.

Les comenté q teni un producto malo tengo la foto y tengo que perder mi tiempo llevando todas las luces a devolución cua do es tan fácil solo mandar el que esta dañado y no tener ya que perder. I tiempo y gasto de combustible

Talk about a well packed kit, this Solar Light Outdoor kit contained everything I needed for a solar light on my basement door. The kit had an extension cord if you wanted to mount the panel in a different place than the light bar itself. This kit also contained mounting hardware for concrete or brick walls. The quality of the paint/powder coating was better than expected and should provide years of protection from the weather. The remote control was a very nice touch that allows for mounting the panel in a location that is higher than I can reach without a ladder. Overall, this Solar Light Outdoor kit is very complete and of higher quality than I expected from past experience.
