These lights were a replacement for a set of two flood lights previously installed. I found them to be brighter and more responsive to motion detection. Since they are LED lights the need for replacing bulbs is no longer required. The installation was very simple and found to have all the necessary screws or pieces to make the set fit very securely in the location above my garage doors as shown in the picture, minus the camera of course. One small downside to this product is the flat circular gasket to make it watertight, it was a bit difficult to get it completely around the opening but was managed with a little of caulking to ensure watertight integrity. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone else looking to get rid of using those old fashioned and heavy flood lights. It has got to be more economical in the long run as well. Finally, I am amazed that this product has a three (3) warranty offered; that in itself tells you the quality of this product and how the seller (JJCLED) stands behind it.

I used this to a boring area of my night time landscape. This is a small, attractive solar fixture that, if placed in the right area, can add some needed attention/interest at night to the yard. I found that putting mine between my bushes worked well. In my opinion, since they are relatively small, it might create a more effective impression if you were to CLUSTER three or four of these fixtures in an area surrounded by smaller bushes. Everything worked right out of the box, no issues with lamps not working. Easy to use switches allow you to vary if the frosted "stalk" lights blink, don't blink, light levels, etc. There is also a small up-light on the bottom that illuminates upward which can be turned on or off. I settled on the blinking option, at its brightest setting with the up light turned on. I charged it in the sun for a full day before allowing it to come on at night. The solar panel can rotate to face any direction, which ensures you can get the most charging time possible. With that initial charge it is still working when the sun came up, maybe 9 hours or so. It puts out a soft white light that you can vary from very dim to somewhat brighter. I originally placed it in a relatively empty area of my backyard bed, nothing near it for about 5-6 feet on all sides. Because it is so small, in an empty area it I personally thought it looked awkward and out of place during the day. I want to see the lights at night, don’t need to call attention to the fixture during the day. I then moved it so it is now nestled among some small bushes. MUCH better appearance both day and night. It is now more hidden during the day, and is much more attractive at night since the light from the lamps also bounces off the bushes that are next to it. I have attached a daylight picture of the fixture as it is placed within several bushes. If you are considering this fixture, I suggest that you should buy just one to start with to see if you like its appearance. If so, then in the right area, putting 3 or 4 together in a cluster might be even more attractive.

These lights look much nicer than I expected. They will be the perfect addition to my garden. Shipping was quick and super easy to assemble. Can't wait to see how they light up at night.

I bought these in Oct 2022 and only hung one set of lights up. The other set of lights we hung up this year and are pictured. The bulbs on the first set had some die out after a couple of months. The ones we just hung are all working fine so far but it’s only been two weeks. Love the lowkey light. It not super bright . Gives off romantic vibes.

My yard was empty and dark at night, so I got these solar spotlights to brighten it up in a way that looks great. Right now, I’m using the white light because my wife prefers it, but the different color options look amazing too, and I’ll switch to those for parties and special occasions. The lights were easy to set up in the ground and have held up well through recent rains, well, weatherproof so all year lights. Adjustable heads make it easy to direct light where you want it. The solar-powered design keeps things simple with no wires, and they stay lit for hours after a day’s charge. They’ve made the yard feel so much more lively and welcoming. Not expensive for the quality of the lights.

After an exhausting search for new solar lights I found these beauties! My parameters - glass lense, well built, bright, long lasting and on the taller side (23" from ground to top). These fit the bill and more. They have a cool Edison bulb that I'm sure is why they are so bright. They are taller so they don't disappear in your landscaping. Heavy weight, long spike so they are not tippy. Lots of cheap ones on the market but these are worth the money. I'm buying another set!

I’m using the red to light up some ghosts and pumpkin decorations for Halloween and they work great! Decided to order another set for other spots in the yard. Very easy to use. I love that all I had to do was set it up and it does all the work. The solar charge lasts all night, which is great. I’m also excited that there are so many color options because I can use them for every holiday instead of just one. They put out an impressive amount of light.

The product itself is great but one of the lights arrived shattered even though packaging did not seem to be damaged.

These arrived well packaged. Each light was bubble wrapped and it included a set of instructions. the panels themselves also came protected with a film to prevent them from scratching during shipping. When I see that style of packaging, to me, it means the company cares about first impressions. And it worked. Tells me right away this company does care about the quality of their product and wants it protected as best as they can. The main housing is made from some sort of ABS plastic, and it appears to be 100% sealed. I looked at every seam on all four lights and di not notice any openings. I am a mechanical engineer, and the actual plastic is thick, and it feels robust. The molding is smooth, meaning there are no sharp exposed edged caused by the mold. I have no doubt in my mind that these will stand up to our Northeast New England climates. On the base of the light there are two holes to be used if you want to secure this to something. And on the base of the light three is a hole for the ground spike to be inserted. The ground spike is id roughly 8 inches long and again is some sort of ABS plastic. It is also well made, again meaning no rough edges anywhere and the top is just a touch smaller than the hole in the bottom of the light housing. And this makes for a very nice “snug” fit. I do like that the light is adjustable. However, I (in my opinion) I wish the solar panel had a side to side “tilting” feature to it along with the up and down feature. This would allow me to literally place these lights anywhere and still be able to capture as much of the sun as possible. Just as a side note, the lights came already charged and that was a surprise. I will be using these lights to highlight my landscaping in the front of my house so the motion detection portion really will not apply to me. But there are multiple settings for different levels of sensitivity. These feel robust and I cannot wait to get these fully installed.

This is a review of Wattake Solar Powered Street Lights, in a 2 Pack. The Part Number is ‎HXK-G8. The ASIN (npcpsolar.com Standard Identification Number) is B0D3G986CY. The units come with two remote controls. Two AAA for each remote must be supplied by the customer. Each lamp head has 200 watts of power. The 96 large 5730 SMD LEDs generate 12,000 lumens, and have a color temperature of 6500K. My light meter app got a reading of 9806 LUX. Installation is easy, requiring only two screws for the mounting pole and one screw for attaching the pole to the lamp head. Hardware is included. As with all solar powered devices, the unit must be mounted in direct sunlight in order to charge the battery. Before mounting the lamp assembly out of reach, push the green power button. This will allow the remote control to operate the various lighting modes: ON - The light stays at 100%. OFF - If this button is pushed, the light will not turn on automatically the following night. BRIGHTNESS - The light can be adjusted to 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. TIMERS - Adjustable for 2,3,5,6,or 8 hours. INDUCTION MODE - Is set to 25% brightness. When the sensor notices activity, the light goes fully bright and stays that way for about 20 seconds after movement ceases. Ignore the statement on this page that says, “Outdoor solar powered street light has 2 modes 1. Dusk to Dawn sensor 2. Motion Sensor”. The light actually has more functions. Read the User Guide to learn the functions of the remote control. The units can stay in place all year. They are waterproof, as well a frost and heat resistant. The 7000mAh battery will hold enough stored energy to power the light after a few gloomy days. The manufacturer offers 2 years after-sales service. I believe that the 2 pack is selling at a reasonable price

When I received this pair of outside lights, I was surprised how small and how light the box was. Packed inside was four sectional hollow metal poles that screws together, the light fixture and the base. The base can be screwed into a deck, mounted in concrete or use the stakes to place in the dirt as I did mine. I do not expect them to last more than a year or two due to them being battery operated (here in Michigan, batteries do not do well in the cold) As soon as I opened the box, I installed the lights (very simple installation) pressed the on/off switch and let them sit in 4 hours of sun that was left till dusk, they came on with no problem. Instructions say to let them charge for 8 to 12 hours but these were bright enough for what I needed them for. They did not light up my yard very bright as I didn’t expect them to but I am happy with them so far. They are worth $45

We purchased a set for our patio and a set for the front walkway. we just love these lights! they have the perfect brightness and color and last all night even though it's a larger bulb. they add a perfect amount of shadow and ambience, where our other shorter ones did not. love them. let's chat about the customer service... I had a small issue with a bulb that didn't work correctly, so I emailed them. they responded within an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, and said they would make it right. Let me tell you, they had a replacement at my door in two days. they went way over and above to make sure I was satisfied. I don't write reviews, but was inspired that customer service can still exist with a great product. well done EMCOSY!

These lights are great and give off a solid amount of brightness. I’ve installed mine along the fence at the back of my yard, and they’ve worked beautifully. The color modes are a nice touch, though I usually keep mine on the warm white setting for a cozy look. Battery life has been good so far—about two weeks in, and they last through the night. One unit did go out early on, but I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement quickly with no hassle. Just a heads-up: the internal battery is built into the unit, so you can’t easily replace it if it stops holding a charge. Aside from that, these lights are excellent. They’re a good size—not bulky or too noticeable—and I used Gorilla double-sided tape to mount them since I didn’t want to drill into my fence. That also makes it easier to replace them if needed. They definitely shine brighter after a full day of sun. Overall, 10/10 recommend. I’d absolutely buy more if any stop working in the future.
