It will work for now. I've seen residential lights that could've been a much more affordable option and would've covered the area better. Having said that, they work.

This is a review of the kuyimy 266LED Solar Wall Lights, in a 2 Pack, with Motion Sensor and 3 lighting Modes. The model number is K-002. The ASIN (npcpsolar.com Standard Identification Number) is B0D5BDSNFL. With 266 large type 2835 SMD LEDs, generating 300 lumen, this is very bright for a wall light. Thanks to the angle of the lenses, there is a lighting range of 220°. The motion sensor can pick up movement within a range of 120°. Installation is in one of two ways: Drill two holes and attach the included screws. Apply the included double sided tape. The lamps need to be fastened in direct sunlight, in order to charge the 2000mAh battery. The small button on the front lens allows a selection of three lighting modes: Mode 1 – Off-Bright-Off. The light remains off unless the sensor detects movement. The light will go fully bright and stays that way for 20 seconds after activity ceases. Mode 2 – Dim-Bright-Dim. The light is set to dim brightness all night. If there is activity within range of the sensor, the lamp acts the same as in mode 1. Mode 3 – No Motion Detection. The light stays dim all night. Note: The light mode procedure listed on the sales page are incorrect. I have tested the modes and the proper steps are as I have described. The wall lamp can stay in place all year. It has a rating of IP65, meaning that it is waterproof as well as heat and frost resistant. Note: The text and one illustration describe mounting with double sided tape. It was not included in the package I received, but I will not be deducting any stars because this was a packaging error as opposed to being a failure in product quality. I believe that the 2 Pack of kuyimy wall lights is selling at a reasonable price.

Rain water got into the solar boxes and rusted the inside parts which caused the lights to not operate. The box was not sealed properly to prevent water from getting in. I wrote npcpsolar.com and a replacement was sent. The same thing happened to the replacement. Barely lasted three weeks. When I wrote npcpsolar.com again, I was told a refund could be issued but I needed to pay a restocking fee. I am only being refunded $39 when I paid $66.00. ALL I GOT FROM ORDERING THIS PRODUCT WAS A HEADACHE AND IT COST ME OVER $25.00. They should add in the description “Buyer Beware”, may not work if it rains.

I got these to point at my fruit trees and they work great. The solar panels are large. These last all night assuming they got a full day of sun. They are easy to assemble and install.

I bought these solar flame flicker lights for our sailboat before we left Florida for the Bahamas. My wife thought they were a waste of money, and rolled her eyes at me. As the confidence in their longevity wasn’t exactly high, I mounted them temporarily with zip-ties. 2 on the bow rail and 2 on the rear solar arch. Ok, she’s coming around. They look kinda cool out there. Sure makes it easier for other boaters to see us at night while we’re at anchor. 3 months into our Bahamas cruise and the weather has been horrid. We may have had 4 weeks of nice sunny days this whole time. Little did I know it was just beginning. Last week crossing from one island group to another, the conditions got bad. Real bad. Imagine riding in a washing machine bad. The wind and the waves didn’t match so we were tossed like a dog playing with a rag doll, for over 6 hours. The picture attached showing the bow going underwater was just as the seas were getting bad. It got a whole lot worse. But wait. There’s more! Today, just after we set the anchor after traveling for the day, a particularly nasty storm was forming right overhead. Long story short, we were hit by a waterspout. (A waterspout is a tornado on the water) The wind and the rain was so bad it blew us nearly 90° over, our toe rail was almost in the water. It was total whiteout conditions. After that ordeal, we looked on the weather radar and we can see the clear circle of the tornado just after it passed over us (pictured). It’s finally calmed down and we’re sitting in the cockpit decompressing from the experience and my wife looks at me and says “ok, I stand corrected. Those silly lights aren’t total garbage after all. I’d buy them again, but as you can see, I don’t need to! The flicker lights picture is from tonight. Recommend 100%!

Have had them up for three months so fa and working great. Last all night long and give off just enough light. They're not really bright but for the price I'm impressed with them. You can see while walking in the dark part of the yard now. Look good on the fence also. We put them on every third post down one side along the sidewalk. The last shot of the back deck is at sunrise after being up all night. All the other shots are from 9:30 pm EST. This product is well worth the money so far.

I put these up above my two garage doors for some added security lighting that will turn on before anyone gets to the entry door where I have an AC powered motion light. I like that the solar panel and the lighting panel can be independently adjusted. The solar feature works well as my garage gets plenty of direct sunlight. The motion sensors don't go off unless you are near the doors, so that keeps the battery charge strong and functioning all night long. Other lights I have had would go on with just leaves blowing by and would use up all the battery charge quickly.

I just put them in and actually they pretty good brightness! Think I may order more

It worked to execute my vision. I wish they made the clamps flat so you could screw them down to the posts. Instead of shaped like an l. I could cut them off I suppose but my husband says if we did that it could make it more susceptible to rust so we left them alone. I ordered the last set separately because I miscalculated. And the new set of posts was about a inch higher than the rest that I ordered first. I'm not returning it over the inch but it would be nice to have consistency in the manufacturing. I also did not use the screws provided. I use stainless steel screws because I did not want them rusting and breaking off inside the wood

The lights are great. The shipper is not. I ordered 3 sets of these lights. Of the 24 lights two of them were missing the advertised clear extender. When I contacted the email associated with the lights, they said they couldn't send me just 2 of the clear plastic extender but they could send me 8 more lights!! I didn't need 8 more lights. I just needed 2 clear plastic extenders.

Non-wired install of street light for my usually dark stepping stone garden path. As you can see by the pictures - there is hardware included to mount on a brick wall or post. As long as that post is thicker than 2". I intend to buy some structural steel (from Lowes) that comes in 10' lengths and is 1.25" thick. Reversing the mounting bracket for a 1" pole should work (see picture). Light came with some charge in it and I tested the different settings. It is actually pretty bright at night. Can be tricky installing in a direction where there is sunshine to charge it during the day (In my case the best locations were in the shade!) All in all - happy with purchase and hope it lasts. Some hardware looks like SS and some does not. May be worth spending a few dollars on good SS hardware for the post bracket...

I'll start off by saying that I only installed these lights yesterday and so this review might be premature. They look good and are really bright. I only put them on the dim mode to stay on all night. Because I didn't know how well they worked before buying them I chose to get 14 of them for my front yard and put one every 10 fence post. I might have to change the setting on every other one to mode 3 (stay off only until motion is detected). The lights came on around 6pm and were still on around 430am this morning. A couple of the screws didn't work. One wouldn't go through the fence despite making an existing hole with a wood screw, so it stripped the head and another screw didn't have the notches indented for the phillips screw driver. I tried using my drill to put the screws in but that didn't work. I had to manually screw them in by hand. I read the reviews before getting these so I'm gonna pay attention to see if water gets in the lens, if the screws rust, and see how long they work before breaking. Will edit this review should it need an update. Edited: So, after 1 week I did notice the screws already rusting. I just took a pic of them today (at about 2 wks). I did go get outside coated screws and replaced them all today. Also, on days 3 and 4, it was overcast and rainy so the lights weren't able to charge, therefore some of the lights didn't work those nights. Once the sun came back and the rain stopped the lights did start working again. One other thing, I did have to move one of the lights because it wasn't getting enough sunlight where it was to charge. I'm hoping once the trees start getting leaves again that I don't have to move more of the lights to other locations.

The set of four solar garden path firework lights arrived as described on the product page, I think :) I haven't had the time to put them up. The wires are so intricate I wouldn't suggest removing them from the box until your ready to use them. However the motion of the lights is fun to watch and I'm going to show you anyway. The box included four stake lights, remote control, solar panel/control box, instructions and a stake for the solar panel. The four lights are on little metal poles with sharp pointy ends made to stick in the ground. It will be interesting to learn how to transform them from the way they look out of the box to what they look like once assembled. The fireworks lights appear to be made with quality materials and put together well. I just Iove the bright and vivid colors of the lights. There are 8 modes and all of them are entertaining to watch. You can control those settings as well as set a timer or change the brightness level using the emote control. You can turn the lights on or off and change the modes by using the buttons located on the solar panel. I noticed that I had to have the remote close to and directly facing the panel for it to work. These path lights can be used year round if you want. I am assuming they will last years with normal wear. I do suggest you find a viable option for storing them between uses as untangling them would be a nightmare. I like these lights and recommend them.

They stay on all night until the sun comes up the next morning

This review is for the Solar Outdoor Wall Light, 20.5" Exterior Lighting Fixture Waterproof Modern Garage Sconce, From the MVBT Store. Delivered on time, in perfect condition from npcpsolar.com. Needed night lighting for a shed build on the other side of our yard. We decided not to bring electrical at this time, and our contractor advised flood lighting from our house for the exterior or solar. We decided against Flood lighting as we liked our neighbors too much to shed light at night into their private windows. There are not many options for solar lighting that actually cast enough light to make it worth it. We decided these looked promising and decided to give them a chance. Our contractor installed them after painting the new shed, and advised were built better than any solar lights he had seen. They are very well built. All metal housing with a very large solar collection area. We live in the Pacific Northwest and the winters can be cold and rainy to snowy, we have had these up for two weeks now, and they are doing quite well in the rain and cold as it is the end of winter here now. They come with all necessary hardware, although I did not personally mount them to the wall – they look much easier than any actual wired light that I have wired in the past. They also have a remote – only works after dusk when dark that controls time to stay lit, dimmer or brighter and off and on. I am very happy with these lights – They stay on all night, and while not harshly lit they cast a very warm light which works for me. Highly recommend these lights for your own project. As a member of Vine, I get products at a reduced purchase price ( not completely free as we pay taxes ) in this case the MVBT store sent me one for evaluation and review purposes and I purchased one as I wanted a pair.
