The picture was from dusk during late fall under a tree with quite a few leaves still on it so not a ton of light but still enough to shine pretty well. It looks better at night but I’m happy with them and it makes it easy to help people navigate to my house when it’s dark especially now that it’s winter and it starts getting dark around 5pm.

I needed lights for my daughter’s new house that wouldn’t block her views of the NYC skyline, and the Palisades but would be bright enough to light her large deck . These are low profile . Shine up and down , are attractive and reasonably priced . She loves them and they wee very easy to attach .

I bought these lights to hang around my back porch. I love that they are solar powered and that I don't have to remember to turn them off. I really love the soft light and whimsical feeling that I have when sitting on the porch at night.

I was looking for something to add some life to my fence and I love these! There were easy to assemble out of the box and didn’t come all tangled like most products. I love that they are solar paneled and also weather proof as the ones I have purchased in the past were ruined by water. I water my grass everyday and the lights have not been affected at all. The only complaint is that I wasn’t smart enough to measure my fence first so it’s a little short but I’m ordering the 50ft ones to make it reach all parts of my fence. I was worried about the brightness of these light but they were perfectly lit. You can change the light intensity and also alternate between three different flashing modes. I also love that I can control these remotely. I’ve gotten compliments on them from both of my neighbors. One of them even ordered some for her back yard. I would recommend these for anyone looking to add a little life to their yard.

These are heavy duty plastic and have spikes that securely put them into the ground. They charge well, and obviously easy to install and somewhat function as advertised. They just weren't that bright and I guess that's a drawback of solar powered ones and battery and they did last the night just didn't seem all that bright. Though depends on your placement of them, what you are trying to light up whether it's a walkway, bushes, side of a house, porch, backyard etc. too many elements to decide. What I do know is they are very well made and will hold up over time and the 8 pack was a great value. Give them a try for your need as each person is different, but for me they could be a bit brighter. Then again, so could I? :)

I wanted to create some ambiance around the back yard. I love lights, and I can sometimes go a bit overboard using them everywhere. These lights looked like they would provide the subtle light I was looking for. I have used them for about a week and they do not disappoint. I tried some two-light versions of fence lights, and I definitely prefer the look the three-light fence lights give off. I like the 3 “peaks” at the top of the projected light and slightly wider coverage across the fence. I plan on getting lights for all sections of the fence and setting them all to warm white. These lights have warm and cool white, plus 8 colors and flash and fade modes. The warm white gives the warm glow I was wanting. Nothing too bright. I’m doing my best to keep it subtle. For special occasions and holidays, I’ll set every other section to a color. So, once I get all the sections done, I’ll use red, white and blue for Memorial Day and July 4th and other colors for when I entertain on the patio. These lights were easy to attach to the fence with the included template and screws. You also get anchors, which I didn’t use. However, placing it where I wanted it was a bit difficult. I wanted the light to start below the post. So, I had to install these at dusk when it got dark enough to see where the light projects. You turn the lights on and off with a slide switch and change colors/modes with the push button. As with all solar lights, you need to have them ON to charge. These provide a good amount of light and wide coverage on a fence. I have one placed by the gate where it is difficult to see when walking at night. This light gives off enough light to see the pathway, which is so nice! I really like and enjoy the ambiance these lights provide and the variety of colors to make the more festive.

I have purchased 16 of these lights. The worked great for the first year. Then they started to drop out. I found a few needed a new Solar Battery, 3.2VAA. Not common buy can be found on npcpsolar.com. I found that 10 of the lights when opened up had a green wire that had disconnected from the LED. That’s over 50% of the lights I purchased! In the first year! 68.75% Failure Rate. I soldered the wire back on to the LED and after that they worked fine. If you don’t have a soldering tool you won’t be able to fix. Other than that I do like them.

This Ollivage Solar Light was a little smaller then I was thinking but I have been surprised at how it has been working. I installed temporarily on my deck just to see how well it will work during our winter months, which here does not consist of much sun at times! We just went through a 4 day stretch of gray skies and as you see in the pics posted, light is working just fine tonight! You can move both the round lights to go a path you want. You also can move your solar panel to follow your sun as it moves through the year! Very easy to install and move if needed! Update: 1 year later! My light is holding out very well. It has went through all 4 seasons with no issues. Even went through a certain caterpillar overload we had that I ended up smashing a few on the light itself! (Note: Bad caterpillars ate all my oaks) We have had snow already this year and even with snow on the solar panel it is still working! The only thing was my dogs had to get used to certain things setting it off and making it brighter, might not be worthy of waking the whole house up! It is sensitive to small critters and even flying nighttime ones! Even a big toad! However I do live in the woods, others might not have theses issues. Would deff recomend!

I'm really excited to install these in my backyard! It's been rainy, so I haven't had the opportunity yet. But I did charge these up in the sun the very first day I got them and tested the lights that night after the sun went down. The lights are super bright, and you can change them to all different colors. The one feature I wish they had was a motion sensor, but I can live without it. They say these will last a couple of hours so I expect they will turn on when the sun goes down and turn off after I've gone to bed. They look super easy to install and already have two similar lights in my backyard. As soon as it quits raining, I'm going to grab some screws and put these up around my yard and I'll update my photos here. In the meantime, I already can recommend these because I've tested them out and giving them a thorough look. I'm excited to light up my backyard this summer! UPDATE: They were easy to install! I spaced them out around my backyard. This is a nice way to light the yard with a subtle, pleasing light. I love that you can change the colors. But I’m sticking with the warm color.

Look super cute on my patio. A little dim but I wrapped them so it puts the bulbs a little closer. Like that they can be dimmed and have a timer. My favorite part is all the functions are remote controlled. Easy to hang. Solar panel can be mounted or put in the ground. Also can be charged if there's no sun. Really nice for the price. Also glad I went with the 100 feet. Seem to be really good quality. Panel is sleek and clips are strong. Definitely recommend

Exactly what we needed! Illuminates our Juniper trees perfectly without being blinding. Our sprinkler system installer lost one of our stakes so I contacted the seller. They were very helpful to get me an another stake free of charge. Great costumer service!

These lights are customizable, very solid, well made - and they work very well. We decided to use these in a yellow-white color to highlight a stone wall paralleling our driveway. (photos show ruler for scale) Some observations: • Materials: basically, a plastic exterior but a sturdy and solid product. • Installation / attachment: This light set comes with two different mounting options: wood / stucco screws with anchors, and sturdy double-stick tabs for each light • Lighting options: aThe lighting options are selectable via the push button controller on the side: a long press turns the lights on, subsequent short presses sequence through the various lighting options, and a long press turns the lights off. • Operating environment: These lights are intended to be waterproof and weatherproof. • Maintenance: There are no documented provisions with the lights or on the npcpsolar.com website relating to battery replacement. A bit concerning since rechargeable solar batteries will eventually dissipate and fail. Overall – a good product worth your consideration.

Needed 4x4 and 4x6 solar lights for posts around deck. These are the only ones I could find for both. 4x6 is hard to find. So they're more decorative than anything. They don't put off much light. That's fine though because we have party lights up as well. The 4x6 have an adapter fitting that works well, but it does not go over post. The 4x6 just sits on top and screws downward. The 4x4 do not fit snugly on the post. There's a gap all the way around. So I had to screw a little in on both sides. The screws are short so it was tricky. Couldnt screw flush for fear of cracking plastic sides. Going to keep them for the look and feel lol.

The product manufacturer has poor quality control at the assembly point. Three of the Four Solar Light (Lens) as they call the part had the glass tabs broken/chipped making the Lens difficult to remove from the Top Hat assembly. This damage may also pose a hazard to the user possibly causing injury from the broken glass lens tabs. Also, one of the units had the battery unsecured floating around in the Lens assembly possibly causing damage to the LED Element. The LED Elements are questionable concerning brightness and it should be noted that the batteries are at 100% charge. I noticed the LED Element is bright on one side and dim on the other side. I don't believe that this is normal operation. I contacted the seller via email that was listed with the documentation explaining the issues and have received zero response. I will give the seller a few more days to respond back to me and if I don't hear anything I will return the items back to npcpsolar.com for a full refund. None of the problems listed here are considered npcpsolar.coms fault. It can be clearly seen that this is a manufacturer assembly point issue. I do not recommend purchasing this product based on my current experience. I will update this review pending hearing back from the sellers customer service department.
