   Ordered 5 new solar LEDs. All 5 arrived as used. One worked so I kept it. It works well. I returned the other 4. The were all broken in the exact same way. The plastic collars that connect (by 2 screws) the LED fixtures to the solar plates were completely broken. That is not fixable. All 5 boxes were packed differently, so I know that the items were opened and used and repacked as broken items. Another clue – the solar panels arrived with the on/off switch as “on”. Someone did that before shipping.

   Sturdiness of these are dreadful! Bought 4 and ALL of them broke in the same spot, where the spike into the ground connects with the stem of the light. I would not buy this again.

   Ok for overall performance, but not totally waterproof. Being soaked during Hurricane Harvey was’t good, got to replace the old ones.

   Delivered May 10th, installed a couple days later. As of May 24th, this $30.00 path light no longer works. It does not light up anymore. We brought it in and when you switch it from off to on in lights up for a second and does not stay on. It feels like a short or false contact. Very disappointing to spend so much on one lamp for it to last only two weeks. We purposely choose this brand and construction of metal and glass along with brighter light and higher price thinking it would last more than the $10.00 dollar ones, well prove me wrong!

   Funcionan muy bien , iluminan muy bonito el prisma de vidrio genera una estrella de luz en el piso. El único pero es que para que funcionen más horas necesariamente les debe dar el sol todo el día , si no solo duran prendidas unas 3 horas.

   Great lights. This is the second batch I have installed. Put them on my deck posts about waist hight. Great for lighting the stairs down to the patio. The first batch lasted six years and 9 of 10 where still working despite being out in the Alabama sun that whole time. Bought new ones after refinishing the deck and the new one are working just as well. Great deck light for the price.

    I purchased this light because it looked identical to one that I bought at Lowes and when it arrived it was indeed the same model. The light works great and does a nice job of illuminating our Palm Tree in the corner of the yard. It set on the 10 Hour mode and it provides plenty of light to the area. I would recommend this light.

    These look awesome in the garden and worked well for about a month then stopped working. I don’t know if it was the rain or weather but after one month outside they broke. I bought several all all ended up the same.

    These look beautiful in person. The glass is etched with a delicate pretty design, and when lit it casts a star burst design on the ground at night. The light isn’t that bright, and I was disappointed that npcpsolar.com Warehouse sent me 2 broken lamps out of the 4. I sent them back and plan to reorder when they go back on sale.

    We are in the process of changing from a cheaper version of solar pathway lights to these higher quality lights, which also produce a much more decorative light pattern on the walkway. In a recent order of four boxes, one of the caps did not work. I contacted the customer service phone number provided, and after only a couple of questions (model number, etc.) a replacement was on its way. It even arrived in about half the time the representative told me it would take. Just an FYI, we purchased a very similar product two years ago, and those are all still working, and on the original batteries.
