I usually don’t leave reviews but I was very impressed with these solar lights after purchasing many different ones these actually stay lit up fully on non dim mode and about 30 bucks each (got the 2 pack ) I have ordered different solar lights an so far these I can say are the best and best value! And very bright not small either , don’t waste ur time finding another same priced light they also cover a decent area if placed high enough!

For several years we’ve tried to get the county and electric company to install a light at our drive entrance. Then, we had the idea of installing a solar powered light. Our driveway entrance is on a busy highway and is incredibly dark, making identifying the entry very difficult. This has been a game changer! Set at the constant light, 5O%, it’s the perfect light to make getting in or out much safer. Not only can we find the drive easier, it identifies where we’re coming from to oncoming traffic. I did as suggested, upgrade the wood screws, good decision. The screws provided are not up to the task, in my opinion. Install was very easy. Highly recommend.

My 5000 lumens flashlight puts out more light than these supposed 30,000 lumens do. The sensor will not trip until you are directly under it. I have one mount at 8 ft. off the ground the other is at 10 ft.
They light up an area of roughly 6 ft in diameter, which fades quickly. To be effective they need to be placed 6-8 feet apart. Placing them on an angel just make the beam diminish in a shorter distance.
They seem to last most of the night on mode 2 and do not need clear bright skies to charge. They charge well on heavy overcast days.
Update: After 6 months of evening use, they fail to last 4 hours before they fail to light up. Not a longevity product.

I should have realized from the picture that this is a very bad choice of lighting fixture. The actual bulbs point outward in all directions from the bottom of the light. Therefore, it shines in the eyes of anyone who is line of sight or below the light. I can’t use this to light my yard or driveway, or parking area due to this being a blinding light in the face of anybody walking in my yard, walking past my yard, or driving past my home. For me, it was a very poor choice. I suppose, if you have a very high mounting point and will never look in the direction of the light it could be used. I can’t think of anyplace I can put it that wouldn’t cause issues for me.

Bought two of these to add light on the farm and replace an aging dusk to dawn lamp. I have had them up for about two months and they work flawlessly. When the motion activated, the light is very bright. And the motion detector is sensitive! I only wish that the light would stay on longer once activated. First off it has three modes 3 motion sensor mode mode the first one is on 100% light for 5 min one is about 50% light from the last 30%about a minute in the range is about 10 ft out for the motion sensor to pick up give or take on hight of the person. if put it on a gutter of a one story house or a pool gate. It can shine light about 10 to 20 ft away depends on how you angle the lights they also have an on and off feature so will either stay on or stay off but to use the remote you have to be kind of close to them. As long as their sunlight touching the back of the solar panel they won’t come on in tell it dark enough. dependent on the height of the person the lights might react to motion faster the taller a person is then a short person. But u have to play with it a little bit to find out most of the time I would be about 7 to 10 ft away from the house and it would pick me up in the lights will shine past me
