The light and the motion sensor work great. The battery charges quickly(I keep it on the low setting, but goes bright when motion is detected) and it stays lit all night. I just wish it had a mode to come on only when motion is detected! Staying on all night attracts the bugs!

This is one of the four lamps i have bought from this brand, al least 2 of those have more than a year been used, all of then work as they should, battery last all night till dawn, and even when sun rises they still got 10% left, just recently this 300watts model starting having some issues, i contacted the costumer service and in no time they they agreed to send me a new one for free, im really glad i chose this brand, it show its built to last, and their costumer service cant get any better.

The light is excellent, but we can’t remote the light mode. We bought two same lights and no one remote works. Could we get new working remote control? I bought two 800W lights, but the remote controls for both lights don’t work. The instructions say that you need to pull off a piece of paper before installing the batteries, but neither of my remote controls has the paper strip. The lights are very bright, and I’ve just started using them, so I’m not sure how long they can last. I hope the seller can send us two usable remote controls, because it’s very troublesome without them. In fact, I later bought two 500W lights, which are still on the way and should arrive tomorrow. The lights are very bright.

Opened boxed and there was a rattling noise in fixture. Removed cover from light and there was a loose screw rolling around. The mounting of the solar panel was very difficult because the included screws and wingnuts go inside a channel on the frame of the solar panel (mounting 12′ high on ladder is very difficult). The solar panel should have a nut insert like the light fixture. Solar panel looked like it had soldering repair. Instructions for light operation are very poor. Mounted light fixture and solar panel on 12′ poles for basketball court. Could not activate the warranty online. The light comes on dim at dusk and is motion activated to bright. Light needs a option to come on bright at dusk and stay bright till dawn like a security light. Could not activate the warranty online, most likely if something happens to light and need warranty replacement I will be out of luck. After multiply emails trying to get the warranty activated they offered me $30 and would activate the warranty if I change the review to 5 stars. After that email I changed to 1 star. They offer a warranty but will not activate unless you give them 5 stars, still no warranty. Loose screw in fixture, poor soldering on solar panel, poor mounting hardware for solar panel, and no warranty and they want 5 stars.
