The lights are great. The shipper is not. I ordered 3 sets of these lights. Of the 24 lights two of them were missing the advertised clear extender. When I contacted the email associated with the lights, they said they couldn’t send me just 2 of the clear plastic extender but they could send me 8 more lights!! I didn’t need 8 more lights. I just needed 2 clear plastic extenders.

IF you look at the instructions, it tell you to twist off the lampshade. I kept twisting in both directions and nothing was happening. I could not get the two parts of the lamp apart. Then I just tried pulling them straight apart and they came apart easily. So if you are similarly stuggling, just pull the two halves apart before you twist. Also, there are arrows on the black side that give you directions to open and close. It is the direction you would turn the clear part of the lamp if you were holding the lamp upside down. just FYI. Once you open it up and see the situation with the locking mechanism, it will be clear to you. Other wise, these are very pretty walkway lights.
