Non-wired install of street light for my usually dark stepping stone garden path. As you can see by the pictures – there is hardware included to mount on a brick wall or post. As long as that post is thicker than 2″. I intend to buy some structural steel (from Lowes) that comes in 10′ lengths and is 1.25″ thick. Reversing the mounting bracket for a 1″ pole should work (see picture). Light came with some charge in it and I tested the different settings. It is actually pretty bright at night. Can be tricky installing in a direction where there is sunshine to charge it during the day (In my case the best locations were in the shade!) All in all – happy with purchase and hope it lasts. Some hardware looks like SS and some does not. May be worth spending a few dollars on good SS hardware for the post bracket…

This light is absolutely excellent. It is large in size. attached it on a 20 foot piece of pressure treated lumbar. It literally lights up the entire back yard. The mode i choose is low mode which is a constant low light but when the light detects motion ( very good from 20ft high) then it turns on bright for a few minutes. It last all night with a full charge. After seeing my light in operation my sister bought the 2nd light I had off me and uses it to light up the alley around her home. Neighbors are shocked as to its brightness. Worth every penny.
