Super bright and exactly like they describe it, however the motion sensor is a little too sensitive. a weed blows in the wind, blade of grass, some air molecules might move past and this thing fires up. If you do get it, dont have it where you can see the light from your bedroom window, cause its bright.

Good quality lights. They stay on throughout the night if there is enough sunshine to charge them. The only drawback is that the solar panel is mounted on top of the light. So you cannot face it towards the sun, and is fixed according to the direction of the head. Motion sensing is good too but not necessary for me

Used these lights to shine spotlight on sign in my yard. Works great. Can see the sign from a distance. Found the constant light mode. Originally I had on motion which would also serve a good purpose. Love them!

I like the mounting and stake option… You can see by the image I have put them in pots so I can easily relocate them to try in different locations.
Floods are very bright and do appear to be water resistant as it has rained on them a few times and they have also been unintentionally left in in the path of sprinklers and it has not affected their performance.
I did discover the motion sensor is pretty sensitive as if you have light angled up to high they will detect any tree movement in the wind and go on and off. Tilting them down a little stops this.
I would purchase this product again.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I should have listened to the bad reviews but I thought most reviews on npcpsolar.com are people complaining because they are having a bad day. But no it’s not the case. Out of the box one did not work. One was semi cracked but I felt I could make it work and not deal with going to kohls and standing in a long return line. Fast forward a week after getting them. None of them work anymore. They sit in sun all day long and nothing. Even the flicker is gone. Can’t return them because they have been outside. Don’t buy thinking like me. This product is pure junk!

Ive bought from three different vendors in previous years but these seem to be the best so far… much better design when it comes to everything… they have a larger solar panel and a better waterproof design
The mounting design is better than the rest as they give you the option to hard mount them where ever you want… the other just have a ground steak. The motion sensor feature works perfectly and can be customized to your preference. I would definitely recommend these lights for performance, function and appearance.

I got a 6-pack of these and they meet all my needs. Mainly, I wanted ones that support the warm (yellowish) light setting and not just the sterile white light. These also allow different settings for motion, always on-dim, etc. I think theres just one button on this, but if you read the simple directions it is clear how it works and I think it just cycles through the different settings. You can hold your hand over the light sensor, and get the correct setting, once you figure it out for one the rest are super quick. 6 is a great number to have for the price and I put them all around my driveway and dim walkway.
Only small drawback is the little plastic cover that covers the led’s sometimes falls off. I’m not really sure why it even needs to come off so freely. One had a cover that fell off too easily and then stopped working after 6 weeks or so. I think I should have been more diligent in re-attaching the cover securely. The rest are still going strong after 3 months.
I would order more of these again however, put them in more spots. They are no worse than any other options, and the features are still good on this. Yes, occasionally these things fail.

I rarely write a review, but I’m so impressed with these solar lights I wanted to. I bought a set in June not expecting much but figured they’re cheap enough if I don’t like them or they are too dim, I’ll just write it off as a bad purchase. OMG I LOVE these lights! We live in a rural area with little lighting. Last year we adopted 2 cats who refuse to stay inside, they mostly want to be outside. I was worrying constantly that they would get injured or killed at night by an outside predator, coyotes, wild dogs etc…. Now with our porch light on and these fabulous solar lights that turn SUPER bright when motion is detected I worry a lot less. The output on dim is impressive and the bright light mode triggered by the motion detector will scare off any predator. Also, I have had them for over 6 months, and they are still working perfect!! Best purchase I ever made from npcpsolar.com, and I just ordered more. Happy consumer.

I’m not sure if the maker will see this but I’d love for someone to reach out to me as one stopped working. The other one is fine and has been 6 feet away from the one that has died. They only been working for 3 months. I would love a replacement as they are / were very bright and came on when my dogs ran past. Please help….
I thought about getting cheap solar lights at the dollar store, but I’m sure glad I went with these instead! We live in a rural area with little light around. Our small dogs needed something to light their way down the stairs into the dark backyard to do their business. As soon as they reach the top step, the motion detector turns the light on and also the one at the bottom to shine on the yard. They are bright and doing the job we need them to do!
