I was very excited when for the first 2 days I set these up they lasted at least until 10pm and were very bright. Now I might get 1-2 hrs of light out of a few of the eight lights I got. In comparison to an older set of solar lights that get more shade than the new ones as you can see in the second pick they last much longer. The description of “which means it can receive more sunlight and improve charging efficiency. Even in winter or less sunny weather, outdoor solar path lights can still maintain the high working efficiency.” IS COMPLETELY INACCURATE”. And the “28 hrs” of light think only applies to how many hours you get from when you buy them! Going to try to find more of the older ones

I’m really happy with the way these solar lights work. They were very easy to assemble; just push the pole segments together and then into the ground; switch the three-way switch to warm or white and thats it! The lights have a ‘larger’ than standard battery cell which charge well during sunlight hours and then stays lit for all night into the morning hours. I confirmed that they were brightly lit even at 6am!
They are weatherproof, so they should hold up to rain and temperature extremes very well. The key thing is to make sure the placement gives the good sunlight to maximize the charge for all night. Overall, a decent value for the price, and the look good too! See photos.

I bought 2 sets in the fall… did not set them up until last month. (Too late to return). One package works fine. The other does not seem to be working? I first blamed it on lack of sunlight but it’s been a month and they still will not light up!
