I bought 2 of these, they seem to be from different manufacturers but same model and branding but different internals and different materials they were made from. One light has this bright white light and has an excellent sensor. It can detect stuff from at least 20ft away. The other one has like a darker tone of white, like those grey-white tone colors (hard to describe) and can not even detect stuff like 5ft away. It’s a mix bag on what you will get. It’s a good buy, but I wish they both came from the same manufacturer or at least used the same parts. I moved the weaker sensor to my front door instead of back door, would have liked the back yard to be more lit, but guess not. The weaker sensor one can be fitted to my front yard instead so if people come near my door it’ll light up. It has a weirder feel to it as well, like one was made with excellent material and the weaker one was made with poor material to cut costs. In my video you can see the weaker light activate when I’m basically next to it as the stronger one turns on instantly when i’m in the view cone from a good distance.

I do a lot of primitive camping in our converted Dodge Caravan, but in order to sleep after a day of driving we need lights at our camp in order to get the seats folded down and bed mode up. These lights are the first thing I take out of the van upon arrival. We charge them in the dash while driving and the lights work all night into the morning! When I gotta pee in the middle of the night, these lights illuminate a path where I feel safe and comfortable getting out to pee. They are motion sensored and have a dim feature that keeps the light dim and gets brighter when there is motion. I can’t tell you how many campsites that we pull up to not realizing there are already campers because they don’t have lights illuminating their campsite leading to a disturbance which could be prevented if they had these solar lights! Not to mention the 100 week warranty! Customer service is AMAZING. We reached out to the company to let them know one of our lights wasn’t working properly and only stayed dim and they sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY. Can’t beat that customer service!

I can wrap them around anything. They have been outside in hot weather and in rain and still produce a bright light that lasts for hours.
