These lights, with the Edison bulb style, look nicer than old school LED’s. They dont feel super sturdy but they have withstood getting smacked by Black Walnuts for two seasons. they are not super bright but I think they are fine. I just replaced the batteries with Energizer Ultimate Lithium. They last longer. Powerowl is a good lithium as well.

We considered other solar lights for their metal posts and heads, but chose these specifically for their design. There are other packs available with more lights, for cheaper…. but these look really great.
Initial worries about light dimness and longevity of solar lights, as our long driveway is mostly shaded. First night saw very bright bulbs and they were still alight 12 hours after sunset!
The plastic is a concern but as long as you don’t try to hammer the posts into gravel or force the entire light into the ground by the top of the solar panel, I think they’ll hold up pretty well. The plastic isn’t thin or anything like that, it seems dense and well made – its just plastic so plastic is gonna plastic.
We bought three packs and need one more after placing the initial orders, I’ll update my review if opinion and experience changes. Initial review is that I’d recommend!

The product is somewhat easy to assemble – I did have one of the plastic lenses crack when trying to attach/close the solar lid to the unit ( I assume fault for this as I probably should have been more careful).
Once they charged and were set up they were working great for the first two months – one of the lights appeared dimmer than the others and I thought maybe it wasn’t getting enough sun during the day so I set it on a table for full sun exposure and it no longer gets as bright as the other lights. I moved it to the least needed/ most sunny corner of my yard with no change in brightness. Don’t really want to reorder more in case the same thing happens.

It was so easy to install. If you decide not to use the instructions, just remember to pull the light out, and flip the power switch to on before installing. I also recommend having a mallet hammer to secure in the ground prior to putting the light on top. My yard was so drab before and now my house house looks amazing. I can’t believe what a difference they made to the overall look. They are so bright at night and last. I’m usually asleep before they are off. If you are considering these, consider no more. I say go for it.

Surprisingly bright for solar lights, very happy with the appearance, but be aware when pushing into the ground the plastic stake will crack if you press too hard or too fast.

These are the best lights I’ve ever purchased from any where. As soon as I turned them on they lit up immediately…in the house. They actually remained on until I put them outside the next day and stay lit on cloudy days. I’m not using them for driveway lighting but for garden area so only put one extension on and not two, but the fact you can double the height is an added bonus. They are not a dull light at all. I was going to use them in the back garden area, but removed what I had in the front side flower bed area and put these there instead. I put the lower cost, full lit ones in the back. Sure the decorative ones are attractive but you can’t really see that decoration in the dark. Even though the days here have been more on the cloudy and rainy side these lights have pulled in all the sunshine while out and still were as bright as ever during the night. Sooooo well worth the price.

Update: I was contacted by the seller and they took care of my issues quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to give these try if you’re looking for bright solar pathway lights.
These lights look great, are easy to assemble, and are much brighter than expected. All of that being said. It would be a 5-star product if they all worked. I ordered a total of 12 lights in 2 separate orders and 4 of them just don’t work. The lighting element is clearly broken on 1 of them, but the other 3 simply don’t turn on. I’d send them back if it wasn’t such a hassle, but these will do for the time being.
