I put these up above my two garage doors for some added security lighting that will turn on before anyone gets to the entry door where I have an AC powered motion light. I like that the solar panel and the lighting panel can be independently adjusted. The solar feature works well as my garage gets plenty of direct sunlight. The motion sensors don’t go off unless you are near the doors, so that keeps the battery charge strong and functioning all night long. Other lights I have had would go on with just leaves blowing by and would use up all the battery charge quickly.

It has different settings to where you can set them to stay on all night and they do stay on all night until day light or you can set them to come on when there is motion near by.
