These lights are well constructed and easily installed. I especially appreciated the different sized bases for different sized posts. The 6000K daylight white provides the brightest light (my preference) or for a more subdued lighting the 3000K warm white (yellowish actually) option is ideal. It happened to rain night during use and I found the lights to be waterproof. Overall, an excellent product.

We ordered these to add illumination to a privacy fence that has been hit by cars more than once when folks don’t realize they are veering off the road! We knew these would be fairly dim (at 3000 and 6000 K for warm and daylight lighting, respectively.) Our goal was to make the fencing more noticeable on a dark road. These are the answer! We got a pack of six in black, which come with inserts to fit several sizes of posts. Ours are 4×4, and these fit snuggly and were easy to install with included screws. The warm light does not illuminate as well as the daylight, so we chose the brighter option. It does charge up well and seems to hold the charge through the night, except after several days of rain. They are well made and hefty plastic, and have windows of light on all four sides. We put six up in around 20 minutes, with more time moving the ladder and climbing up and down, than actually installing these! We are happy and these exceeded our expectations. Ironically, after these were ordered, our street had traffic calming speed cushions installed. So now we have much slower traffic AND new solar fence post lights! It’s our fond hope that both of these measures combined will leave our fence in pristine condition and make the neighborhood look nicer with a little more light at night.

Beautiful design. Specially I like the fact that it can be installed on various size posts. Nicely packed. It has choice of two colors as well. I tried putting it on my entrance posts. First I realized it did not fit. But then looked at back. I had to take one crown off then it fitted fine.

These lights have a fairly unique way of mounting to different sized Fence Posts, inside the light are 2 square inserts that allow this to attach to 3 different sized posts 4×4 4.5×4.5 5×5. The lights charge pretty quickly and have 2 lighting modes a warm yellow looking hue and a brighter white light. Each on is pretty bright and looks really good mounted on the fence.

These solar post cap lights are a nice addition for decorative purposes. The material feels sturdy, and the solar panel is a decent size, which gives me hope for good battery performance (though I haven’t tested how long they last yet; I’ll update once I do).
They fit well on different post sizes, from 3.5″ standard fence posts up to 5″x5″, and come with screws for easy installation on wood. I like the option to switch between 6000K (cool white), 3000K (warm white), and OFF.
The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is the brightness; they don’t illuminate a large area. They’re great for ambiance or marking fence lines, but if you want to light up your backyard or garden, these won’t cut it, especially on standard 6ft posts. The light is directional and spreads horizontally, not all around.
Overall, it has a great aesthetic touch and easy setup; just know what you’re getting in terms of brightness.
