These lights are pretty good for what they are. My husband put these up in little time. He said the only issue was he went to turn one to the on position and the toggle switch rubber part fell out. After he put them up we waited for sunset. We have a 6 foot privacy fence and I asked for him to put them on the posts to make little pools of light on the ground for our dog in the backyard. We have bunnies that visit us and it gives our dog exercise chasing them out of the yard. We can see if she gets close so we can call her back. These illuminate quite a bit actually. They aren’t super bright but just enough.

First thing you should know is that there is a on/off power switch. I was so mad after I installed these and they had no light for the first few days. Duh, my fault. They are very adequate, especially in a series along a fence. Installed wasn’t bad, but if you think of all the items you’ve built or installed over the years that had extra screws, but you didn’t need them – this turned out to be a case where I needed them. Unfortunately, this package doesn’t have any extra screws or self-adhesive pads, only an extra light, oddly. So, of course I dropped a screw in the leaves and dirt near the fence. It is a common screw size, so it’s easily replaced. Just a single extra screw would have been nice though.
