These lights are a Brite white material, and look nice on vinyl posts. You screw them in so they don’t blow off if bumped or during storms. The light is a bright white and last 6-8 hours on average during summer months. They are also a low profile on top of post, providing a sleek look.

Simply twist the top off and there you will find the battery and the on off switch. Small hands are detrimental; like the lid of the jar it needs the ‘twist finesse.’
Good product; if they last 2 years on this first battery they are a steal. If not I know how to change the battery and the right hands to do it for me – and still a great bargain for the look and job they do on my porch and by the pond walkway.
Add the security screws – they are included – and the product should hold up to any weather.

I wanted so much for these to be awesome. And initially they did look great. I found though that within 6 months there were several lights already burnt out. The caps also turned quite yellowish compared to the posts they were on. They also get mildew marks on them which cleans off but is a little annoying to have to do. They do not appear to be meant for multi year use.

Not a high quality product. Flimsy plastic. Mirror inside to reflect light rather than more than one light bulbs. White color did not match white fence posts, much brighter. Looked like a dollhouse light, a toy.
