These are great lights for outside, but for any length of expanse you will want to use a wire to hang them from, which is totally fine by me. Love the plastic bulbs and they were super easy to hang/mount. Only reason for 4 stars is I would love to have the plug-in connectors between two strands equate to the same distance between 2 bulbs. Not the end of the world as I wrapped and zip ties to make that work. But all in all excellent quality for the price point.

Caveat Emptor . I purchased 3 sets, the lights won’t turn on unless it’s completely dark. They are very dim when they are on even on the highest setting. Don’t be duped by the photos in the ad.
