   I have a positive impression of these outdoor lights due to several benefits:

   Brightness and Illumination: The brightness of these lights effectively illuminates outdoor spaces, creating a pleasant ambiance.

   Ease of Installation: The installation process is simple and hassle-free. I appreciate that the cardboard templates come with pre-marked holes for drilling or nailing.

   Aesthetic Appeal: These lights feature a beautiful and elegant design that enhances the appearance of outdoor areas. Their ability to project light on both sides and below creates a particularly attractive effect.

   Durability and Weather Resistance: They seem resistant to various weather conditions, including sun and rain—only time will tell for sure.

   Battery charge: The solar panel is a good size, so I assume the charging time should be less than that of the ones I already have in the yard, which use smaller panels.

   Convenience of Solar Power: The solar-powered functionality is a major advantage, eliminating the need for wiring and reducing electricity costs. The lights automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn, requiring minimal maintenance.

   However, if, after a year or two, the lights no longer stay on for a substantial amount of time, changing the internal battery may not be easy for everyone.

   These are pretty bright lights for being the size that they are. I like how they fit nicely on a 4×4 post. They have a few light options which make it nice for our driveway and walkway dim light option and then they go brighter with motion detection. They hold a good charge and seem to last all night.

   These are fine as security lights. They sense motion from about 15′ away, and shine brightly enough to light up an entire are.

   However, they are advertised as having a AAA battery inside, and they do not. They have a permanently wired 18650 battery inside them, so unless you’d like to learn to solder wire leads onto 18650 batteries, these will be thrown away once the battery stops taking a charge from the solar panel. And ALL rechargeable batteries will eventually stop charging.

   These lights measure up to about 5-in across, 4-in tall and 2-in thick, a bit smaller than what they appear to be in the picture. However, this doesn’t cause any issues for my application. They do seem to be made well, with all of the LED’s lighting up nice and bright and the plastic shell is very clear. ABS should hold up well in outdoor mounting situations and these should last for a good long while. The mounting holes are very self-explanatory and the kit comes with anchors and screws for both lights. Overall, a great deal.

   You receive a pair of lights that have two options for motion and a dusk to dawn lighting option.

   You will have to cycle through the modes in a trial and error to set the mode you want.
   1. Motion white light only and the shuts off automatically
   2. Motion white light with yellow light combo
   3. Yellow only dawn to dusk

   I have a had other lights that come with a remote to set which motion options you want. That would be the only point that I would say needs improvement is to expand on how to diagnose which mode you are in.
   We finally figured it out through trial and error. Get both yellow and white to come on at the same time. Then move away from the light until is shut off. If both go out, you are in option 1. Which is both shut off after a few moments.

   Installation is easy, just use screws to attach to your target area to light up.

   These lights are small but mighty! I have several motion lights around my house but these are the brightest and most sensitive ones that I’ve purchased yet. I’ve installed several of these above my front gate and above the walkway before my garage and they have been extremely helpful at night. The motion sensors can definitely detect within 25ft and illuminate the area very well. I did not use the screws provided; I have a chainlink fence so I used paracord to tie them into my fence.

   I would highly recommend getting these. For the current price of $19 for 2/pack, it’s a great deal. They have been exposed to rain and severe storms for these past 3 months and have held up great. I have other variations of solar fence lights that are subpar; they barely light up the yard and are more for “ambiance”.

   I installed these on trees near my raised beds to (hopefully) deter the deer. With most of this type of light the advertised detection distance is wishful thinking. This one actually fulfills what it says on both the range, and angle of detection. The light is sufficiently bright, and it’s simple to adjust the modes since the button to do so is on the front of the light. They were easy to install and came with stainless screws and some plastic anchors. I ended up getting rid of those and using some deck screws to screw them directly to the trees. So far they’ve survived through a couple of downpours and are still going strong. Appearance-wise they’re not my favorite thing, but they don’t stand out too much, and I bought them to do a job, not to look good. So far they’re doing the job well, and if they hold up throughout the summer I’ll probably buy more. For less than $10 each they’re definitely worth it.
