   I love that these lights are solar! We placed these on our deck where there is a step! I love that they come on as soon as it gets dark and helps our visitors notice the step on our deck. The rope design is seamless and was very easy to install.

   I purchased these lights for use with my camper particularly since they were solar powered. Initially these lights worked very well. When full charged, they can last for 8+ hours. Brightness level should not have high expectations since these are tiny LEDs and are only accent lights.

   My problem with them is that the control box is garbage. I constantly have to toggle through all of the options until I find the one I prefer. Additionally, there is a poor electrical connection in the on/off switches that causes voltage issues and random brightness fluctuations and even toggles lights on and off unpredictably. This is tiresome and incredibly irritating.

   I have uesed several of these types to ring my pool the lights are basically in a clear tube and it keeps them waterproof and they usually last about a year before the charger base goes bad either through sun or weather damage. They do work great for a couple months and I figure I have to replace once a year so into not to bad considering the price.

   The 149-foot solar rope lights come well-packaged in a sturdy brown box. Inside, you’ll find an instructional manual, a remote control pad, the rope lights neatly rolled onto a spindle, a solar panel with a supportive stand, and mounting accessories. However, upon unrolling the rope lights, you’ll notice that the last 15 feet of the lights do not illuminate. Initially, I thought I had received a defective package and requested a replacement. The new item arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it had the same issue—the last 15 feet of the rope lights again did not light up. This suggests a lack of inspection and quality control before the product is shipped to customers, which is disappointing despite the reasonable price.

   Stopped working properly after less than 2 months bought in September but started using in mid November tried contacting company to tell me if there is a fix they come on and only stay on for 10 15 seconds and go off I do it about 5 times and same result shut off in sun all day so I assume it’s charging

    They are not a rope light. They’re shown to be in a rubber rope like material like what rope lights are sold as but these are not.
    These are string lights
