Over the past 5 years, I’ve installed over 75 of these solar lights (warm white) on my 3 acre property. They are particularly useful in locations where I do not want to run a wire and pay big $$’s for low voltage lighting fixtures. They are very flexible and allow me to easily re-position lights when the grasses grow too tall or the deer kick over the fixture. Quality is good. Most lights have survived 3+ years of south Texas extreme heat and freezing rain. For mature multi-trunk oak trees, I deploy 2 or 3 solar lights. The solar panels gather adequate energy during the day. In high mode, I can typically see all solar lights until I go to bed at 11pm. Excellent value for the money.

These lights added a little warmth to my backyard. I wanted spotlights that would highlight my trees but not consume energy. I was a little sceptical of solar lights cause mostly, they don’t give enough light as I want them to, but these lights are pretty powerful. I like that I can set the lights to the height I want, and that’s it’s pretty easy to use. Installation is straightforward, and the instruction manual will tell you everything you need to know. I haven’t tried using other color options as I bought this with the warm white in mind, but it looks pretty dang good. Beautiful!

Poor quality lights compared to previous gen. Despite a full day of sun charging the units, lights don’t last for more than 4-5 hours after sundown. Also very variable levels of brightness – start off super bright and then dissipate to nothing. Poor quality a look elsewhere.

These solar lights work really well so far. They charged up the first day I put them in even though they only get the morning sun. The lights come on a little before it’s gets dark, last all night. Rain and sprinklers don’t hinder their performance. Hope they work as well in the winter.

Surprisingly bright for a solar powered light. I used as uplights on my house and definitely improves the curb appeal. The auto on/off is amazing because I haven’t worried about them since I jammed in the ground two years ago.

I wanted a nice light for my backyard at night – but not one of those bright harsh white lights like so many people have that light the yard like a football field! Just gentle warm illumination so when I look out it’s not totally dark. I didn’t want to drill & mount into my house siding, though you can do that with these as an option. You can also easily mount them on the included ground stakes, but I actually zip-tied them to my deck railing. The MAIN feature I REALLY like is that the solar charging panel and lights are independently adjustable! I can optimize the position of both to get the result I am after. The quality of the product is very good, and even the packaging is thoughtfully done as is the easy instruction booklet.

We bought 3 sets of these lights – 18 lights to set up around our front and back yard. We are in Hawaii so sun is not the issue….salt might be the issue.
The lights worked well for about 3 months and then its hit and miss – about half no longer work.
Overall I would purchase this again because the price point and the flexibility for us to set up lights where we do not have electrical conduit setup.
I only gave it a 3 star because in 1 set only 4 lights were working and we had to return the set to get a full 6 lights to work. I also gave it 3 stars because of the lights not lasting a year.
