   There are very nice solar lights. I already have 2 sets and thought I was adding more of the same to them. Sadly, these are a bit smaller and have different sized poles than the ones I already have. I was able to make them work and they look nice.

   Buyer beware: This product is very cheaply made. I discovered the following problems. 1. The rechargeable batteries CANNOT be replaced. See pictures of instructions. No mention of battery replacement! 😡 They are forever concealed inside the cheap plastic housing. After they lose the ability to recharge you throw the whole thing away. In the world of product design this is referred to as “designed obsolescence”. Shame on this Chinese company (Sanjicha) for creating more junk for our landfills. 2. The plastic parts are VERY thin and crack easily. I barely adjusted the angle of the light in wet, loose soil and the base pole cracked. I had to glue and Gorilla tape it for repair. Junk junk junk! 3. The batterie are not pre-charged so there is no way to tell if all of the lights actually work. The only good thing is they are easy to assemble. Otherwise two thumbs down. 👎 👎 I will post another update to show if they work or not. Meanwhile, I will also shop for a higher quality flame light. These will not last long. UPDATE: Sent them back and got a refund. These lights don’t last long. Tested them for a week. Charged them all day sunny or cloudy and they only light up for about an hour or so. My previous LED landscaping lights stayed lit until midnight or 1AM. Save your money and buy a more reputable brand.

   Sadly, I ordered the smaller size because of the way npcpsolar.com fools you. And to add insult to injury, one of the 6 torches stopped working after one day. I’m dissapointed.

   UPDATE: This company did the right thing and sent me a replacement box of torches at no cost!! Nice work! That’s how you take care of a customer!! Well done!! Thank you!

   Glad I purchased these. I looked at all of the other brands for sale (there are a lot) and I am happy with these. They look realistic and are bright enough to see from afar. The are decorative and not meant to be so bright to be able to read a book under for example, yet bright enough to add light around the deck railing like torches around the deck. I put ties around the plastic poles they came with and it fits my desired result nicely. I have had them for 9 months. During the winter with less daylight they did not always stay on all night long and on cloudy days they stayed on only for a few hours. Now it daylight longer and they are on and bright all night long other than days that are cloudy. There is an on/off push button switch if you want them to staff off. Follow the direction for first time set up which is easy and if they do not come on, put your hand or a towel over the top to make it dark, then push the button on/off to see which is on and which is off. Tip just in case you have an issue and think that they are not working.
   Recommend these.

   These are just what I was looking for. They arrived in the morning and were lit up that same night. Very easy to set up. Looked great around my Halloween decor and after. Looks like a real flame.

    Will they last forever…no, but they are pretty durable. They are very nice looking with the flickering flame light. They stay lit almost all night during the summertime and half the night during the shortest days of the year, depending on amount of sunshine. I have purchased many eight-packs of these, and I would estimate one or two of the eight quit working usually within a year which I think is pretty good all things considered for northern Illinois weather service.

    three of the six lights stopped working after 3 days, and yes, they were charged appropriately prior to first use, and are in very well lit areas (>8 hours of day of light, and we havent had a cloud in the sky). i read some people have the same issue on the reviews, but hoped the best with the ‘upgraded’ ones. Hoping the seller does the right thing and sends me three replacements, because the lights really do glow beautifully at night. Will update rating if resolution.

I understand sometimes things do not work as promised, and the actions of the seller to quickly replace the lights without return if I sent photo/video evidence was more than appropriate. Thank you.
