For the price, we couldn’t believe it came with FOUR lights. Very bright and lights up our corner tree and shrubs. We immediately ordered another set for the other side of our house. Better quality than what we had from the big-box hardware store, and for less money.

These solar lights project significant light as far as 20 ft, enough to see your plants in the garden at night. The power button on the back of the solar panel switches the lights between off/low brightness/high brightness. The solar panel and the lenses of the lights are made of good quality materials; after six months they don’t show any sign of being affected by UV or rain. The panel is clean, preserving its texture, and the lenses are totally clear.
For installation, instead of planting the lights in the ground on their spikes, I chose a single post solution, where the lights are three feet above ground, throwing a much better light over different spots of the garden. I 3d-printed some small clamps (similar to the clothes pins used to dry your clothes on a line), which are now tightened at different heights on three garden metal rods (I bought three sets of four lights).
Until now, they work perfectly. I would say that, given the reduced sunlight in the winter, I would switch the lights to “low brightnes” until next spring.
I definitelly recommend these lights for garden lightscaping, ideally placed on vertical rods rather than on the ground.

With the solar panel facing South on bright, long Westen Canadian July days, the longest the lights would shine at night was 2.5 hours. Not useful, really. That being said, they do work, so if you only need 2.5 hours of yard lighting, these are the ones for you.

It’s easy to use, everything was inside the packaging, I think it could be a tad bit brighter. I love the fact that it changes color. Must buy if you want to light up your yard a bit.

Installation ease is relative. You can install the light heads in places that are hard to reach or you can place them on the ground and use them as uplights for your flag. I was using both lights, because one is not bright enough when it’s four feet away. With both lights drawing on the solar cell, they stay lighted less than five hours, hardly enough to keep my flag lighted overnight. I’ve move them to a dark spot beneath a tree on our property and they look nice there. I’m considering a couple of other possibilities for my flag as I write this.

Piece of junk. Don’t waste your money. Initially the light provided was good on both hi/lo settings and lasted 6-8 hours which met my needs. After a month, shortly after the npcpsolar.com return window closed, things changed. Now light lasts about 1 hour whether on high or low setting. I live in the southwest and there is plenty of sun shining on the panel all day. Temps are moderate.
To their credit the seller did reach out to me after this review and refunded the purchase.

Was quite impressed with the quality considering the reasonable price. Sturdy and well made. Truly a great value. These lights significantly upgrade nighttime curb appeal. The lights are tiny (easier to camouflage in the yard) but bright (lights all the way up the tree). Be aware that the two lights are designed to shine the same color choice. If you want different colors in the yard, get a 2nd or 3rd set. Definitely worth it. 👍

They worked pretty good for the first couple of weeks. Now, there is water in one of the lights, one light is out all together, and two of the 3 sets I bought only stay lite for 3 maybe 4 hours and that’s when they are on low
