Due ro lime rock driveway, I used a solid cinder block. I used tap con screws to hold the light in place. I dug a hole with a pick ax and leveled the cinder block with the driveway. Make sure you rememember to activate the light before screwing it down. I can see the light over a quarter mile. I don’t know how long it will last. Its been working great for 2 weeks now. You can even drive over it without recking it.

Purchased the set of six a few years ago to line both sides of my driveway at night, after my mailbox was taken out twice by those who dont know how to use rear and side view mirrors. During the day too!! Well my newest mailbox and my lawn are very grateful.
Everyone appreciate them as they try to navigate the driveway at night. Which is a straight driveway btw. The lights still display a bright blue color and are easily seen but not obnoxious when looking towards their direction. I dig the blue as they are very distinct. Neighbors love it too.

Brighter than expected, but that is good. Beams light in 2 directions, almost unable to see in the other 2 directions. All work, when turning on first time, one did not light up, until charged thru the day, but has worked fine since. Very happy with the product, but the ones that are in partial shade are not as bright

Impressive quality. I have many sets of various solar lights but hese are flat superior quality by double of any of the other Solar Lights Makers. You will find that got a little weight so storms will not send them flying off. They keep a charge all night long and do great on a couple non sunny days and they put out a little more light than most other solar items. The price is very reasonable. I bought more and I am going to get 4 more sets of 4 to line my gravel driveway.
