As described. Add more ambience than actual light (meh security) but definitely add a bit. Look very nice and all seem to function. PLUS some of all of one type of LED light fails (currently cool white) can change the switch and restart the 10000 Hr LED click. If the plastic doesn’t fade first!

I prefer the warm light opposed to the cold one. In the end, we will use the smallest base. It would have been nice to have an option for a flat attachment as our pole is round and not square. I can’t tell about the durability yet but it looks sturdy.

Update- One of our solar lights stopped working. I contacted customer service, and they promptly shipped us a replacement! They were so helpful and easy to deal with! I would highly recommend this seller and product!
These solar lights are a huge yes for us! They have numerous different installation options to ensure they are the perfect fit and look great! I love that they can be screwed in from the top and not just the sides. The caps have to be bigger than the post but if you screw them in from the side they are just a tad bit too big and squish on the sides. These have the option to screw in from the top which allows for a flawless look! These lights charge up every day even when we don’t have a lot of sun in the Canadian winter. They are bright and stay on all night. Solar lights can be inconsistent but we find these to be very consistent. Extra bonus, they have two different colours of light. We like the low-lumen look but the brighter lights look great too. I highly suggest these caps if you are in the market for some. They have been a great purchase.

First off, these lights have a metal top only. The sides and base are fairly rigid black plastic. The lenses are glass. They present well and put out a good amount of light compared to other solar lights…more than accent lighting, but not obtrusive. I installed about 18 of these around my deck and stairs, and they really add a pleasant appearance, both day and night. They are easy to install with multiple templates. I was so pleased with the first 6, that I bought 12 more. So far so good…no DOA lights. I’ve had them about 3-4 weeks and they all turn about the same time from dusk to dawn. The battery is a Ni-MH 1000mAh 1.2v. Not the highest mAh, but adequate and easily replaceable with same or higher mAh battery. Lastly, I accidentally knocked one off the railing before mounting and it dropped about 10 feet to the ground. It came apart and sustained only a small crack to the frame on the inside, but not it’s not even noticeable…even the glass did not break. Most of all it still worked! I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend as this appears to be an above average product…especially for the price. We’ll see how they do after a brutal Arizona summer in the bright light and heat all day…I’m hoping the plastic will hold up and not fade, crack or warp. I’ll report back after summer.

Nice sturdy lights. I bought some other lights about 2 years ago that were totally white plastic. They faded to an ugly yellowish color and leaked. These are much nicer with aluminum tops and glass. They also have two different light settings.
