I use these all the time. They were so easy to set up and work great in my house. I love how they will cut on and off at night based off of motion detection. They are extreamly bright. One will light up at 10×15 room very well. It’s nice having a remote control to cut them off and on as well.

I’ve never written a bad review on an npcpsolar.com purchase before but this one definitely needs to be addressed for people thinking it will be a quick project. When installing this product, the nuts are held on by a cheap caulk material so the slightest turn to tightening the angle you want the solar panel to face will rip the nuts right out of the caulk and panel will just swing facing the ground. I had to go out and find other bolts, washers and nuts in order to install this properly.
Overall, The lighting illuminates a good amount of light but definitely a hassle to install if the rest of the nuts are held with caulking.

I was using these as a living room light, well attempting to, they’re bright, but not for long.
With motion sensing on it only lasted an hour after a full day of full sun.
Even when powered off with the remote overnight, by morning there would be no power.
The only way to still have power in the morning was to turn the switch on the light off.
I had the solar panels for these lights set up next to solar panels for other lights with smaller panels and smaller batteries, the other lights would still be working at full brightness after 5 to 10 hours, I guess I’ll be getting more of the simple light bulb shaped solar lights.

The brightness is perfect for my 16×10 shed. I have not really use the remote control yet. Has been using it on the three mode to where it come on with the sensor. The size as it list, ease with functionality of the items and hold the life the solar battery on day that there is no sun. Over like the items. Maybe purchasing another for the dog house.
